The change in heating/cooling efficiency was immediately noticeable in regard to the comfort level within my home, and in regard to the reduction in electric utility costs, which decreased noticeably in the first month and thereafter.

I would recommend Woodridge, even with the mixup on the scheduling they did an excellent job, however, I would caution a potential buyer that if you finance with Foundation Finance they do put a lien on your house that must be settled before you sell or refinance your home.

They were very slow. In July, the windows were ordered and we didn't get them until December. When they left they forgot to finish up doing some things they should have done while they were here. We had to call them back and couldn't get anybody out here until the next day, so we had windows with no blinds on them.

I think they are really good windows. I am really happy with them. I am not sure everything the sales person said was 100 percent accurate but they are much better than the windows than I had. They were professional and efficient. It was much better than I expected.
They did good work. They did not tell me that the triple pane windows would take up so much of the ledge and take up so much space when I signed the contract. The contractor was not an employee. They did a decent job of cleaning up but I'm still finding a few scrap pieces around the work site.

I was well pleased with the work. The quality and the work was excellent. I can't remember when we ordered the materials but they were supposed to have had this done and finished by the 1st of May 2021. They didn't start until Oct. It was Dec 1st before they finished. That wasn't the workers fault. It was whoever ordered the material's fault. If they didn't have the materials they should have told us they didn't have them. I text them back in June and July wondering why the work wasn't done and they said they didn't have any of the materials. I found out later lots of people were in the same situation because of whoever orders the materials.
I’ve been waiting for mouth’s for someone to come and fix warped trim that was put on my home. I have called and called and can’t get anyone to return my calls.
