The windows are heavy, good quality and beautiful. The installation crew was great, fast, polite, cleaned up inside and out.

Everything was good, except it took us awhile to realize the good environmental windows were the only ones you had. We had no choice, therefore, and we felt pressured into a decision before we were ready to make one. That was a lot our problem, we realize.

I am loving the whole process! From Wayne selling me the door, to the measurement guy, and to the installation. The installer was on spot the whole time. He cleaned up and was pleasant. I was really impressed with him. I love my door! It moves smoothly across the track. It amazes me. It really is a beautiful door.

I am not likely to recommend Woodbridge. My first installation of windows several years ago was very good and I have been pleased with them. My second installation of windows was not good. The installer did a terrible job (embarrassing) on the caulking both inside and outside. After several complaints and several excuses, another group of installers came and attempted to make the caulking look better. I have since had the remaining windows in my house replaced. I am pleased with all but the two small windows. The howling of wind through them is terrible. None of my other windows have wind howling problems. Also, the installer did a terrible job on caulking on the inside of one small window, I pointed it out and was told I could draw a line, sand it down and repaint the window sill. (This should not be my job to do.) I feel terrible that I have complained so many times but for what you pay for the windows and installation, it should be done right and look good.

They've had to come out twice to repair some windows.

The windows that were installed did not function properly. I had to use the warranty within a week of installation.

Woodbridge Home Solutions is excellent at the workmanship. They have great quality and the work was done promptly. I would highly recommend them.

They did a good job on the exterior but the interior was not included with the price I would reconsider before going with Woodbridge again.
