The salesman told me some things they would do that they didn't do. They were suppose to reattach the gutters and seal the corner. I was told they don't do gutters.
I think the workers should let people know what is going on during the process. They removed some curtains and brackets came up missing, that bothered me.
The two experiences I have had, they both ran into trouble in the beginning and explained it to me ad fixed it to the best of their abilities.
I did not like he crew they sent out.
They are really great people to work with. They also do an awesome job.
We had windows installed a few years ago by Woodbridge and enjoyed them and like the energy savings which prompted us to bring them back and do the sidings.
What I was sold by the salesman was not what he wrote up. The wrong product was manufactured and it had to be made again, causing another delay. My home was vulnerable to criminals.
I was very happy with Woodbridge Home Exteriors. I'm very happy with everything they've done. We had a crack in our qindow when it was delivered. I understand especially with Covid going on it could be a little bit tricky. Otherwise, I am happy throughout.
I am very happy with it.
They did a terrific job....especially the installers Oscar and Bert! It took 4 months from start-to-finish to get my windows. I think mainly because of internal “communication issues”. The inspector who came to remove the window stickers was not good/professional at all.
Professional and safe, nice people...efficient
The installers were slow and unorganized.
Worst experience in my life with a so call respected company.
The finished product is amazing.
The first contractors were fine. The contractors that were hired the second time left a broken window in the basement. Their attitude was not the nicest while also being more expensive than other places.
I was very satisfied with the work that was done.
We had problems having contractors set up for the work. The initial contractor did not show up. Another contractor was assigned, and it took 4 days to complete the installation. Then it also took 2 weeks to remove trash in our yard from the installation.
I was satisfied with the windows. The windows that they took out of my kitchen were 15 inches and they put back 14 inch windows. I can live with that but I'd rather have the 15 inch windowd. I, also, had roll out windows and this company doesn't make that type of window. I think a lot of people might be like me where they want a crank out window instead of a solid piece of glass.
They gave quality service. They also have exceptional customer service.
Their customer service could be better after the initial in home presentation.
They were very pleasant to deal with. They were not not pushy at all and they have a high quality product.
The installers were not consistent in showing up.
Shout to Johnny and his crew, they did a fantastic job and were very patient and careful with the triple doors installed on the job site.
When they showed up to put in my mother-in-law's window, they had the wrong style of window. They didn't have a full team either, just one adult and two teenage boys. The whole project took close to twelve hours, and it wasn't completed. The exterior trimming that went around the windows was shoddy and they had to come back several times to rectify problems from when they were installed.
They were always courteous, helpful, and professional. They are a good group of guys.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Woodbridge Home Exteriors as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
