I was very satisfied with the installation of my new Side Door.

I ordered a window on July 10 and it still us not installed. I had to call them to see where my window was and then they gave me a installation date. They then called me to change the date and in Sept. 11 the day of installation they told me the worker called out and they could not come. After I called several more times I got a new day of Sept. 23. Let's see if someone shows up

Being a contractor myself in a different field I know what it's like to rise to the level of care for my customers that leads to 100% satisfaction. I was so impressed with the professionalism of the sales and the scheduling staff, you could tell they really cared and knew what they were doing. The installation team rose to the level I rarely see anymore. They worked really hard as a team and got the job done with the utmost skill and efficiency. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they would do it with results that were second to none. I would definitely recommend Unified to family and friends.

Approximately 4 months to get installed. To much back and further with the color, glass, door knob. What we originally ordered we found out a few weeks later that the door color. Windows. And locks all changed. We paid in full. The changes that I had to make were way to many and too many weeks in between for a $4,300 door. Things are way to expensive these days that I’m sure there are many other companies to look at. Thank you.

Improve Customer Issue resolution process. Right now there does not appear to be one.

60% increase over contract price of roof and waited until roof removed. Claimed all wood bad but I pointed out some good pieces ( we replaced when originally done) and was told it wasn’t put on correctly. Additionally, now have a window with no screen.

Everyone was so professional from beginning to end

The door that was installed has a very high Saddle/threshold on the floor. Easy to trip over. Salesman never should have sold me that door...it's not safe.
I contacted Unified, and after speaking with service manager, he said they're going to come and make the necessary adjustments. Parts were ordered..just waiting for an appointment to fix it.

Everybody was professional, came on time, and price was reasonable.

Mike was our rep, he was excellent. If I had a question, he responded immediately. We had a minor issue after installation and it was addressed immediately and the person who did our actual installation fixed the problem and also followed up to make sure it was corrected. We are really happy. I also wanted to note that during the process of getting estimates, they didn’t give me any nonsense over making sure both of us were home for it. That was a small detail that we largely appreciated.

For the most part everything was fine. Until I went outside and found some damaged bushes and pieces of garbage on my lawn and driveway. Just blown around and not really cleaned off.
