Second time I have used Unified. Very professional crew..they took care to lay down a tarp inside, were very neat, and cleaned up afterwards.
I brought a new garage door n remote from them which was installed by one of their experienced professional. Great product n installation.
HAD SECURITY DOORS INSTALLED AND ONLY ONE WAS CORRECT AND INSTALLED,OTHER DOOR HAD TO BE RETURNED WRONG SIZE.
There is no way I would recommend Unified to Anyone. In fact, at this point, I would go out of my way to recommend against them. Though some of there products are good, one of the significant products I bought is not. And though the installers are OK when the show up, the customer service office is minor league, lacking in internal and external communication skills. One of my objections to Unified is the poor communication of customer service, internally and externally. Please, see the rest of this survey for details.

Ordering the door was a big mix up. We understand the delays but it took a VERY long time and we were not up-dated.
The work was poor and had to argue to get it fixed took 3 times and still didn't fix everything Even the person sent out to inspect the work didn't want to tell the truth about the poor quality Demetrius did though
Worth the wait... Took almost 5 months to get the job done BUT once it was completed, we were VERY satisfied. Job done perfectly AND the clean up was totally amazing!!!

The salesperson was great and went through the different options available for our purchase of a new front door and screen door. The installation guy was on time and did a nice job.
The workman was prompt, courteous, neat and did exactly what was asked of him. They have our full recommendation. Due to COVID, our order was delayed considerably - it was, however, worth waiting for.

Several times the appointments we had waited for were cancelled at the last minute The window glass came in damaged and the window latches were damaged The moldings were damaged and refused to replace The entire process was unnecessarily stressful I am very upset to spend so much money and not be satisfied or treated as a valuable customer
I did recommend United to my daughter. Her door was installed in a timely manner. I feel a 4-5 month delay w/ little feedback is unacceptable & disappointing.
Took over 12 weeks to get the door. But once the installation was done. I was very impressed.
Unified was recommended to me by a friend who was very satisfied with their work on a bay window. When I needed a replacement for my very old and drafty kitchen window, I turned to Unified for a solution. The receptionist who took my request was courteous and arranged a timely in house estimate in spite of the pandemic. The estimator explained the process and the replacement window was custom made. The installation process was swift, and the installers cleaned up the debris. I love my new window. My kitchen is about 5 degrees warmer than previously and the window looks beautiful. I am very satisfied with Unified’s work and product and highly recommend them.
My doors came out beautiful. Neat work everything was clean. Staff always returns my calls and answers questions very polite. I am now on another project with Unified. Thank you.
The windows look fantastic. The experience was mostly very pleasant. Being we’re in a Pandemic, their timing was late, but to be expected. The installer was super nice and did an exceptionally good job by himself. I had five new windows installed and am very pleased with The windows, the installer and the quality of the windows. I would recommend Unified Windows!
I was not shown how to open window for washing them. Glad that I am receiving this survey because I was going to call unified to have someone come over to show me how to open top and bottom of window for when I want to wash them. I also was upset when the installer got brown corking on my siding which he could not remove. He did say he would return later that day but did not. I have had basement windows done, two doors installed and never had a problem before. Please arrange to have someone stop by to show me how to open window for cleaning.
I had a consultation back in August to have 3 windows replaced. Before installation, a second measurement was scheduled. FOUR (4) months later, Abat came to install the windows. Only 2 fit. I’m still waiting for the third to be replaced in December. The explanation was that the wrong window was ordered. I’m a loyal and returning customer, but this is not the first time that I’ve had to be understanding and patient, after already waiting four months.
