Everyone was so professional from beginning to end

The door that was installed has a very high Saddle/threshold on the floor. Easy to trip over. Salesman never should have sold me that door...it's not safe.
I contacted Unified, and after speaking with service manager, he said they're going to come and make the necessary adjustments. Parts were ordered..just waiting for an appointment to fix it.

Everybody was professional, came on time, and price was reasonable.

Mike was our rep, he was excellent. If I had a question, he responded immediately. We had a minor issue after installation and it was addressed immediately and the person who did our actual installation fixed the problem and also followed up to make sure it was corrected. We are really happy. I also wanted to note that during the process of getting estimates, they didn’t give me any nonsense over making sure both of us were home for it. That was a small detail that we largely appreciated.

For the most part everything was fine. Until I went outside and found some damaged bushes and pieces of garbage on my lawn and driveway. Just blown around and not really cleaned off.

My son had 10 windows replaced. The technician was very professional, efficient and pleasant to deal with. His assistant was also efficient and pleasant. He swept up and vacuumed after each room was completed. The job was done by 3:30 PM. The installer reviewed all the instructions and demonstrated how the windows work. The house was immaculate when they left.. I highly recommend Unified for all remodeling needs.

I had very bad experiences with u company. I m 81 yrs old. U people told me I would have 2 remove my Venetian blinds& re install them. I received multiple emails. U company made a pleasant experience into a high stress experience.

Communication and updates non existing. I had to keep calling in to find out what was going on. Promised call backs that never happened. Many emails in the beginning. None thru install or mistakes. Don't really understand why.

I ordered my windows in February of this year , received windows the end of April with a broken window at delivery , it’s July 10th and still haven’t received the replacement of it . Is that good customer service ??
