The communication during the project was good. I am still waiting to find out if the building inspector is coming or if I can just take the permit off my window.

The speed, quality and on time install of our windows was on point. Knowing we have a lifetime warranty with a large company is also reassuring. We do not have anything negative to say with our first experience with Power.

Be more transparent on when materials and dumpster deliveries and if things are running late, be one to call not me the customer constantly calling Power.

Your experience depends on the team that works on your house. Power has a really good team and one that sucks. We had a sucky one on the second project, and it didn't pass inspection, but the first and third were great.

Follow up on all aspects of project

I have just one thing to say, and it will answer all your questions. The men that did my work on my house. They worked very hard, they didn't fool around, everybody knew what they had to do, and everybody was very Knowledgeable. And very hard workers that would answer your whole survey, those men were the best workers, I am a sore, and they were really experts in what they were doing.

Installers were prompt. Worked very efficiently, answered all my questions. They were very courteous. Made sure I understood. It was a very pleasant experience.

They initially installed our soffits incorrectly, and they had to tear them down twice, and it wasn't until they came the following day to ensure the project was done right, so we ended up with a good product, but it was difficult getting there.
