They do an excellent job. They are very good at what they do and I would highly recommend them.
I have already recommended them to a friend.
They did a great job.
They were on time and the work was done in a orderly fashion. They also did a great job cleaning up before they left. I am very pleased.
The process was good and the installation crew did an outstanding job.
They were awesome on the day of installation. They were quick, clean, and professional.
This company is efficient, professional, and does saticfactory work.
I'm pretty much satisfied with the work that they did. They're not completely done yet. We need our pipes replaced for our stove because they were damaged, but everything else was done. It wasn't their fault, but when we had our house built the nails went into the wall of our bay window, so they had to replace that and now they have to patch some of the plaster. Other than that, everything is okay.
They were very professional, very nice, and moved my furniture for me without extra cost. They were just very nice people!
This is the second time I have had new windows installed. I was so much more impressed by Power Home than the first company.
I would for windows and gutters but not siding.
I felt like I was robbed by Power Home Remodeling. The salesperson offered to finance my project at a 3.50% interest rate and the bank that now has my financing is charging me 9.9%. I am highly dissatisfied, he didn't leave me a contract of the financing documents. I will be speaking to the news stations to tell them how Power Home Remodeling is a robbed me and did a less than adequate job in my home.
a typical construction experience. Head guy was very responsible but his help were very average. Overall pretty pleased but work has not been complete due to COVD19. One sash was wrong color and one window needs recaulking. Quality of product is very good.
I was advised that Power Home Remodeling also installs insulation. I called and asked if they would give me an estimate. I was told yes but they would get back to me to let me know when. About an hour passed and the gentleman I had spoken to told me no they wouldn't give me an estimate. I called Ierna's heating and A/C and they gave me a price of $5010.00 which I accepted and is now complete. I didn't understand why Power would renege on the estimate and I was going to even ask about another estimate on a new roof, but since the communication between Power and myself was very poor, my wife suggested contacting a roofing company in the Tampa Bay Area.
We were very pleased and impressed with everything up until the installation process.
You have to be able to supervisor their workers. You can not trust the managers that they send out. Some of them only care about getting your signature not the quality of work done.
Very nice people. However, when they came to install the window they too small, due to not being measured properly. Had to come back another day with a different size window. Upon completed installation i was told that my window would no longer leak. Well it does! I’ve called to get someone out here at least a month ago. I still do not have it fixed. Very disappointed !!
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Power Home Remodeling as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
