Because I have been told someone was supposed to pick up the mess in my driveway and fix the siding on the back porch where it is separating. From the house. Then Dominic told me yesterday that everything will be taken care of by the end of the day. It never got done this morning is now Sunday and everything is still the same that's why I changed my mind . Maybe just maybe it will change back to a 5 when this gets resolved.

We were notified of delays in manufacturing of our windows. Entire crew was friendly, professional and install was completed in one day. All areas were cleaned after job was finished.

Power installed my windows within 2 to 3 weeks. The date was set and they kept the date and time as scheduleThey also did my gutters, leaders and facia, which was done quickly. The subcontractors who replaced my window windows did a great job.

Power Home Remodeling was able to explain pretty much exactly what they were going to do for us and how they would assist in working on our home. They provided us with the schedule, and the app itself kept us up to date with a lot of the steps and processes that they'd be using, especially during the process as well when they were here with us. They were really good at keeping us informed about things and what to expect. That was helpful for sure.

Everyone wants to do their best job. And the follow up inspection to make sure everything is done according to how power wants it is so reassuring

Power Home Remodeling has one group to do the roofing. They have another group that does the gutters and soffits, and that group didn't do a good job. I'm waiting for a project manager to come out here and look at it, but nobody has come out here yet. They did good work on the roof, but the gutter crew wasn't good at all.

If someone can afford it and can ignore the annoying sales approach the final product is worth it.

There were some minor issues that we had with the manufacturing. the part that is wrong is not on Power since they don't manufacture it. It's a lock, and they cannot really control if the lock has a malfunction.

After we contacted Power, whenever we tried to call them about some problems, they were not responsive. The job was done okay, but they are not responsive to complaints after the fact.

I'm Extremely happy with my new windows and will recommend Power Home Remodeling to anyone that needs windows.

The person who came to check the installation of the windows was more interested in selling us siding for my house. He only half looked at the installation. He didn't show us how to operate the windows. If he looked he would have seen the little problems that had to be fixed. The installation team was very professional.

Everyone I worked with was kind, friendly and supportive.

They did an excellent job, and they did everything in one day as promised. They were clean and were respectful of the home.

Timely and quality. They stand by their product. When I called for one of my windows that had a cloudiness to it.. they said the seal broke. They came out and replaced with no questions asked. I recommend to anyone who wants their windows replaced.
