The crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They prepared the areas covering floors for protection. The work was neat and was cleaned up upon completion.

I really don’t appreciate the pushy sales tactics, and when we have a set plan afterward another person comes to push to add more l work with discounts to do more projects. Even though it something we were planning to do anyways but had planned to space out for our budget, just coming at then end to check quality but then spending more hours holding us up is super obnoxious. Also feels forced then they want an answer and to sign agreement, locking you in before the 3 day cancel, but if you are forced to agree and want to cancel there’s a huge fee. It’s all just really annoying.
Holding people up for hours at the end of their work day and a lot side mouth talk.
Positive is so far the windows we have received are nice, hopefully when they finish the project the rest will be good.lets see.

The workers were exceptional. Jaime's crew was absolutely the best. Clean, conscientious and willing to answer all concerns.

Assign one person in charge of the project. Customer would reach out to one person who is assigned to the project. An additional back up would help. The idea is to have one point of contact.

Power Home Remodeling came to my house last year and replaced my windows and doors, and they did such a beautiful job that I rehired them to come back this year to change out the trim that was falling off of the house. They have never disappointed!

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because the entire team from start to finish, from the guy that did the assessment, to the installers, and everyone in between, were amazing. They did the gutters, insulation, doors, and windows, and everything was wonderful. They were the best people. They used my house as training for two different groups. I would recommend them.

I am likely to recommend them to a friend because the guys that did the installation were very nice. We have dogs, so we were a little worried, but they were vey good. Everything was done in a timely manner, cleanup was nice, and the crew that came out was very nice.

The process was extremely professional and efficient.

So far I've had 3 visits for my windows, and 2 for the doors. Each need another. Also 2 visits required for the radiant barrier install. Apart from the Solar panel install, nothing was as smooth as expected. The amount of disruption to our lives for revisits to fix wasn't done right the first time is irrelevant to a lifetime warranty. I'm happy with how you are standing behind your work to get it right. But it should be right the first time. Or even the second time.

The service was faster than what I had expected. It was incredibly fast to get everything done, despite how fast it went, it didn't seem to be rushed in any way. The quality of the work seemed more than adequate, given how quickly the job was done.

As someone who used to work in sales - The sales aspect is pushy. I understand the design, tactics, and thought process behind this but maybe dial that back a little. We were prepared to get a roof, truly enjoyed the representative that we signed up with because let's face it - the model isn't her fault - but the aggressive sales tactics can go. We both received calls nearly every day after agreeing to a roof checking on the status of our HOA (they were extremely slow to approve) for almost a month before we got approval for the roof to be done. Each person that called was kind, thorough, and understanding.

They did what they promised. There was some damage, and some work left undone.

Everyone was very professional. They arrived when they said and completed the job in a timely matter, very helpful and were cognizant of what my needs were and what I wanted to accomplish.

I really like the way the salesman approached me outside of my home to setup a free estimate appointment. He was very nice and easy to talk to. I don't usually talk or like flyers on my doorsteps.(No soliciting).
