would recommend power home to anyone. had gutters , windows, sliding glass door replaced all with not complaints.
The installation team was fantastic.
I WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY 100%-I AM A RETIRED BUILDER- YOU GET AN A PLUS-PLUS FROM ME
We were happy with our experience, from the estimate through completion of the project.
THIS WAS WRITTEN AND APPROVED BY WALT & EVELYN A. CASE. NOT JUST EVELYN AS QUOTED AT THE BOTTOM. YOU MAY USE OUR FULL NAMES.
Every time we engage a large, non-local company, we end up slightly to very disappointed. This one is the most disappointing because of the amount of money we probably over-spent.
We didn't like how the gutter was left so long and asked that it be cut shorter. The cables were also left visible and they were not like that before POWER came along. I was told they would make changes to both and nobody came by.
After signing on the dotted line, my son and I discovered he had lied to us. He took pictures of what he said was our attic. Some of the pictures were of our attic, but 2 of the pictures were clearly not of MY attic. Of course, when he left and sent me copies of the pictures he had taken, those 2 were definitely missing. They were pictures of where the vents were on both ends of the attic. His pictures showed alot more damage than was in my attic and also clearly showed a hole near the bottom of the vent where I clearly was seeing daylight. There is no such damage in MY attic. Not pleased with sales tactics such as these.
I purchased a new roof. Nails were applied helter-skelter, too many some places not enough others. Large nails missed the trusses. I have been seeking redress for 6 weeks. An employee looked at the roof and agreed that installation was subpar. There has not been action. I call the warranty department repeatedly and get told that I will get a call back. No one ever calls back.
The installers were great. The Power Home Remodeling sales and management teams were terrible.
I have been happy with the work they have done at my house, and I have recommeded them to a friend.
The installation crew was exceptional.
I have a problem with my door and it’s taking an entire month to get a technician to look at it! No one has come to my home yet!
Very poor experience that was never fully resolved to my satisfaction.
Customer service with issues sucked
We had french doors that needed replacement and gutters that were not draining properly. The door leaked when first installed when we experienced a bad storm but Power came out and did all necessary repair
I have a Neighbor who just stopped by the other day to ask about who installed my roof I will be giving him your information, and if there any kind of referral rewards I will gladly accept.
Product was as expected; scheduling, installation normal.
I have been waiting for them to complete things at my house. The quality of workmanship isn't great. They damaged all my gutters. They had to replace them. They have them all bent, And they were supposed to specialize in roofing. The front part of my house gutters is bent, Not aesthetically pleasing at all. They had thrown things all over my lawn and my plants. They ruined my driveway from ladders, And I had to redo it. The only thing that they came back to do was to replace the gutters. No one has come to do the cover of the gutter that is bent.
They were very professional, they took time to answer all of our questions continually, and they addressed any concerns while the job was being done.
It was very good service and I liked the project.
They were not satisfactory with the work.
Service was pretty straightforward, helpful, knowledgeable, and the only problem is how much the wallet can handle.
They have been a great company to work with. We had all of our windows done in about six months, in two different sets. Everything turned out great.
They did a very professional job.
Power Home Remodeling's team worked very hard. They delivered as they stated they would. I was happy with the work.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Power Home Remodeling as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
