Professional, honest, true to their promises!

I would have liked to have kept the estimate that was written on paper to refer back to, which included the windows. We also want to replace our windows, but cannot afford it at this time.

Great communication

I am not pleased that a team came that I could not speak to and the project manager like to talk his way out of problems. He told us that the install team makes more money than he does, not professional. Also, we need a repair in our bedroom and can't hang out blinds and are still waiting weeks later.

The work was done on schedule as requested.

Quality work, even my neighbors have been watching the roof work being done and were impressed with staff. Showed up promptly at 8am and left at sunset. Two days to complete the roof replacement and cleanup was very good. The dumpster was picked up early the next morning.
