I had a little bit of an issue with how they did certain things. They came to do the job and were excellent. They sent another guy out to try and get more money. It was like a high pressured sale. I don't need that at my home. I would've had the whole house done if that's what I wanted. I did what I could afford. It was almost an issue where I told them to leave. Money is not as frequent these days. He wanted me to spend another $12,000.00. I would've already had it done if I had the money. It was getting annoying. That was my only issue. The people that did the job were excellent, very informative, and very good people to work with.
I don't know who little guys movers are.
Well..: I have a 2nd install scheduled for 10/11. I have the opportunity to avoid financing if I simply postpone the install for 2weeks. It saves me about $1200. Not a big deal to a large company….but it’s a lot for my budget. When I called the representative was very polite but indicated they would not change my install date. I think they could be more flexible. I was only asking for a 2week extension.
Power Home Remodeling was very professional.
Their service was fantastic from beginning to end, from the initial contact to the follow-up, and the installers in between did a great job.
Everyone was friendly, very professional, and very understanding of my situation. It went well all around.
They did a fine job, and I am happy with what they did.
They were professional and courteous.
I do not know who little guys movers are.
I would recommend them to a friend because they were very efficient, very clean, and very good workers. They were really good.
Overall, our experience from start to finish was very smooth, with everyone being very professional and ensuring we were satisfied with the process and the final product.
Great team efforts. Installation a breeze
I'd recommend them to a friend because the product is good and the selection is excellent, but I just am a little concerned about the price.
the presentation of employees from the knock at the door to the in home presentation is what helped me to pick your company
I would recommend them because the installation they did was okay. I'm still having a problem with the patio door. The screen door does shut, but it does not lock. I couldn't communicate with them because they didn't understand English at all. Even the crew leader didn't understand English fluently about what I was asking and whatever. That was a problem.
The installation service wasn't up to the same standard as the sales presentation.
Services were solicited in a no soliciting neighborhood. Sales pitch disguised as an estimate when scheduled. Pressure tactics with immediate response required. Quality assurance manager was frustratingly persistent in trying to persuade the consumer to schedule another project on the spot. The quality assurance manager stated roof work and gutter installation were needed to protect newly installed windows from water damage. These are repairs/additions that should have been recommended by the company prior to new window installation. The consumer's significant window investment was used as a pressure tactic to have additional services completed by Power. The quality assurance manager repeatedly expressed concern, saying, "If it was my home, I would want to protect my investment." If Power was truly concerned about the consumer's best interest and the best outcome for the consumer's home, the services that were pushed by the quality assurance manager would have been presented prior to the window install to allow the consumer to make an informed decision about which project to move forward with. The consumer was pressured by the quality assurance manager to rate and review the company on the spot, with the quality assurance manager stating the consumer agreed to provide a review for a discount. Yet, the fine print prior to submitting the review states that the consumer did not receive any incentive for the review. The consumer was pressured to leave this review prior to completion of window installation. Power was unable to complete payment transaction, resulting in multiple phone calls and the need to secure a cashier's check during the work day.
I like the employees, they explained what they were doing. There was a piece not covered, once I called they were there the next day and took care of it.
I am very satisfied.
Very knowledgeable and informative.
I would recommend them to a friend because they were very professional and did a beautiful job.
They did a great job. They are very friendly.
The we’re professional and efficient.
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they were very productive and cleaned up as they went. We enjoyed having them here.
Pricing and miscommunication.
