There was a little issue with the management in the beginning, but I think that they are a great company and the workmanship was wonderful, so I had no problems.

On the day of installation in the 2hr. Window no one showed up. We called and they said that there truck had blown an engine. And my wife is a nurse and took off work already. Come to find out it was because the custom Window did not come in. And they did not have all the windows.

The final inspection should inspect the windows or try to sell you a new roof ?

I do like the windows however the guy that came to inspect the windows after the install try to upsell me on a new roof telling me it was in very bad shape. I just had the roof redone three years ago. He said y’all would do a new roof for $39,000. He said with the windows included in that price he said for $545 for 168 payments which Santa insane to me that would make it $90,000 for a roof and windows. I told him well I’m gonna get a second opinion on my roof And he was pressuring me saying I had to get it done now or it was gonna cost a lot more to send a sales man back. I had my roof looked at by two other people good roofing companies.

We love our new roof and gutters. Excited to get the windows. They are on top of everything and they made the process very smooth and easy. They worked with us. Cleaned up the property after each install very well.
