I specifically asked if the workers worked for Power and they said yes. They do not, they are 1099 contractors. They broke my window hardware that I needed to rehang custom made shades and blinds. Two pieces are just missing. They did not bother to clean the windows after install. Then after spending over $10,000 , their inspector immediately began to write up a quote for new siding and telling me how bad the situation is - quote was for over $35,000. Unbelievable. Didn't ask for that either.

First half the window screen were incorrect. Second the door was not delivered and put in when the windows were. Third when the door came it was the wrong door. I am still waiting on the screens and door.

It’s a little lengthy process but well worth it, presentation is long but Dury made it very entertaining very detailed in presenting the windows and gutters that we were interested in.

Josue, the sales representative was attentive, professional, highly knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns. The team who came out to install our windows, Tony Gonzalez LLC from Virginia was excellent. Luis, his helper, explained the entire installation process and they handled it perfectly.

The crew arrived on time and introduced himself and informed me of what they were doing and asked if I had any questions. They finished that same day and did a excellent job installing my windows and did a great job on the cleanup. I would use power home remodeling again.

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
