It would have been a five stars but for the 4 month delay in getting the final four architectural windows installed. The installation crew was excellent, no doubt about it (name Alex comes to mind right away). It’s the other parts of the project that might need adjustments on the part of Power Home Remodeling.

The installers screwed up a little bit. They didn't read all of their stuff.

The estimator gave me a quote on my garage roof and house gutters and not my roof, soffet and fascia that it needed. He didn't even "check under the hood" like he exclaimed in his speech. I was very wrong for thinking they have their own people, they hire people that they usually give work to and have their own company. They told us they would be able to do it cheaper. The install manager came out and told me he would give me a deal with everything the estimator missed, that he would "eat this job". Then we said we'd be moving out and he said he didn't

They did a great job on a lot of my projects. They've already completed the projects that I wanted to get done, and they did a really good job. I really enjoyed them following up and checking the quality of their work.

Power Home Remodeling was very nice. The only thing I could complain about, as far as the gentleman who came to install the windows, is that they couldn't hang the blinds back up. I have to get someone else to hang the blinds back up.

The Power Home Remodeling staff was professional. They cleaned up and were very protective of everything that belonged to the customer. They always responded to any questions.

The first two phases they kept me informed. They communicated well. I am happy with the company.

I was very satisfied with the product and the crew was very good. It was hot and they continued working.

They were good.They could have cleaned up better.The sliding door had the wrong screen.

Workmanship was good, Several things damaged and I am waiting for reimbursement. We were told we would have access to one side of our garage. The dumpster blocked one side and the roofers started throwing shingles in front of the other door. We were not available when this started. Just glad I had removed my vehicle from the garage knowing one side would be blocked. My wife was not so lucky.

They seem to be efficient and they try to do a good job. The first time they came by after the windows were installed, and a couple of the windows were malfunctioned. They fixed those 2 windows, but now need to come back out again for a third window that is not working properly. I am disappointed that there are already issues so soon after the install.
