I 100% would recommend to friends, family, and anybody in the neighborhood looking to do remodeling work. These guys were above exceptional. I will definitely use them in the future.

Not sure if got what was promised. Also leftover materials and gutters removed from house are still in my yard even after I was told they would be disposed of.

Power Home Remodeling did a fantastic job. They were on time. Whatever they said, they followed up pretty early, and they completed the project on time.

The windows are nice, things worked out. I wish they had been cheaper. So, if people have money, I definitely would recommend them.

The gentleman who came to my house was very professional and explained everything thoroughly. He was willing to help out in any way that he could and helped us get any type of discounts that we were eligible for to make it more affordable. The whole process from beginning to end was very easy. They made it very, very easy. They explained everything thoroughly. The app that's on the phone works great to be able to see all the updates and the process of where everything is. I would say I think it was a great experience.

They were very thorough and clean. The windows seem to work well. I was very happy with everything.

I would recommend it to a friend for the quality of the work and the speed in which it was done. I think there were communication breakdowns throughout the process. If someone stays busier than I am and can't be there to quarterback things, I don't think it would be a good fit unless the communication was worked on or improved.

Everyone was very thorough, from showing me the product to when the windows were installed. They made sure everything was in order and guided me along the way. That is why I would recommend them.

The quality assurance guy from Power came out to look at the windows. He suggested that he look at my roof, then came off like a used car salesman. He kept trying to slip me notes on the cost, then crossed it out and would go lower than the previous price. I just spent $18,000 on windows. He came over and was supposed to be looking at the quality of the windows that were just installed and tried to sell me something else. He came off like a shifty salesman, unlike the two guys that I had dealt with before. He didn't care about the money I just spent on the windows. He just wanted to make himself a sale. That wasn't what he was supposed to be there for. He said if I went with the guy that I went with locally before, I would spend more money than going with him. That just didn't sit well with me. He seemed pretty sleezy. If I had dealt with him initially, I probably wouldn't have gotten the windows from Power. The initial sales presentation and the saleslady really got me to get the windows. When the quality assurance guy came, things went downhill and made me not feel good about the whole situation. His tactics were not right.

Power came out in the storm in frigid weather and did the best they could.
