The salesperson wasn't forthcoming or straightforward with a bunch of the information. When our windows were pushed back after the initial installation because of some delays, the project coordinator, Kevin, wasn't truthful. He didn't review like he said he did. He made excuses. The communication was poor. Customer service was poor. There were defects that Kevin said he reviewed and that everything was fine, but the windows had problems. They had obviously not been looked at. One had an obvious crack in the window - you couldn't miss that one.
My product is brand new, the installation process was good.
I see that they do a good job, and I would use them anytime I could.
