I don't think I got what I thought I was getting. I have been trying to contact Power. I haven't received a bill or anything. I am in the dark about what is going on with paying them or anything else. The people who brought the dumpster damaged my driveway. I need to get in touch with them to fix this. The inspector who inspected the roof had to redo some things. I don't think it was an excellent job. I was very disappointed. I thought I was getting more of a black color than what I have. I think I should have ignored the sales pitch; he was very charming. This is the second time I feel that I have been scammed. I think they take advantage of older people. I thought I was dealing with Power, not someone else, for the financial part. There are a lot of others you are dealing iwht. I will never open the door for anyone else.

The workmanship is top notch. The crews were respectful, cleaned up after themselves and were so kind! Bobby Garon and the Quality Inspector that completed my post roof/window visit were knowledgeable, helpful, thorough and incredibly flexible with their timing of visit and respect for my need to contemplate and consult regarding proposals.

Quick and courteous

It was a very positive experience from the beginning of the project to the end! From the time the salesperson came to my house until the completion of the gutters and windows, we were not treated as just a number. We were treated as valued customers!

Windows are really nice looking. Huge improvement on noise control which is all due to improved insulation. Can’t wait to see this reflected in our energy bills.
After the installation it was so easy to pop the windows down and clean away some minor smudges and dust.

Installers arrived on time. Crew size was more than adequate to accomplish a one day installation.

Crew acted in a very professional manner. Materials appeared to be installed correctly with new flashings installed where required.
The job site was left, clean and free of any debris.
Price and value
The price was substantially higher than typical architectural style installations in the area. However, these comparative roofing systems did not include ventilation. Considering the roof is covered by a lifetime warranty, I feel the additional expense was justified.

Some of the work Power did and the damage they did inside the house wasn't worth it. I had to repair the wall, and in three rooms they screwed up. There was a hole right through the wall. Additionally, a plastic pipe came through, and I had to patch it up.
