There is not good communication by Power Home Remodeling.
I'm having problems with Power Home Remodeling right now.
Previously installed windows. After 13 years I was having problems with the glass seals. Made 1 phone call for warranty and had no issues, problem was resolved, glass was replaced and actually upgraded to Pella glass. I was an insurance adjuster for over 30 years, and have dealt with many contractors. When I hear the word warranty, I mentally roll my eyes. I was truly impressed with the warranty service. Solely because of the warranty service, I used them for the roof, gutters, front window (upgraded double hung with large slider with fixed center) and exterior doors. Installation was very professional, not rushed, the doors especially the front receives complements. I repainted the shutters to match the door. Glad I made the change. The rear door is on the South side and receives full sun all day long with a cement patio in front. I purchased a full glass door. Wasn't sure if it was the best idea, but I was told it had 3 layers of silver that reflected, I think 98% of the light. I can honestly say that over this hot summer '26, it does reflect the light. There is a huge temperature difference on each side of the door in the afternoon. The house stays cooler, longer and the A/C doesn't come on as fast as it did in the past. My electric bill this summer is less than this time last year, around 5% May and June. I don't know July yet.
The service was not up to my standards.
Pricing will not be accessible to many of my friend. I have had to save for 4 months to do.
Power Home Remodeling didn't do a very good job at first. They did fine putting the windows in, but the in between, they didn't really communciate with me or the other people doing the project. The first day they called me up stating that they were going to come out on Thursday and bring the front door, but then they didn't bring any of the windows around the front door. They just brought the door, so they couldn't do the whole door. Then they came in the following Saturday to do all of the windows, but two of the windows in the room were measured wrong. I asked them to take some money off of it, but they said, oh no, we can't take money off because we're already having to eat the cost of the windows.
So far, Power Home Remodeling has been very professional, and the product seems to be very good.
They were very detailed and very clean.
They are clean and super good workers.
The sales person did an outstanding job promoting your product. Had me sold with the heat lamp demonstration.
The presentation was top-notch. Pointed out the many issues found with our current 26 year old windows and the benefits by upgrading.
Everyone was super nice and professional.
I like the way the windows look. I also like the team that is was working with. Everyone was nice and professional.
Everybody was very professional. We are still waiting for our screens.
They were very personable, easy to talk to. They did a wonderful job.
Excellent communications. Nice app. Very clean & thorough crews.
I think the company is amazing.
I was happy with the service. I would recommend them.
Very professional. Workers arrived early and completed the job in a timely manner.
The only reason I rated them three stars for my being likely to recommend them is because we have a problem with two windows. They didn't put one window back together like the other one. We were supposed to get a call yesterday or today about repairing it, but they haven't called.
People need to be more knowledgeable when allowing a salesman that sells window renovation into their home.
The workers were good and detailed. They cleaned up well.
Efficient and worked around an anxious dog.
They did a good job. Everything went very well. The windows are beautiful. There was a misunderstanding on the shades and nails were left around the house.
Power was very professional. They were very clean and worked well together. Nobody was slacking; they came in, completed it, and they were done . It was very good.
