The quality and warranty of the products are outstanding. The window crew was great. The siding repair crew also did a great job. The sales associates sold a different plan for the roof and they did not inform us that the window air units would no longer be useable. The price for the roof was much higher than the competition in this area and the install was the worst. Given our experience I would find it difficult to recommend Power to someone else.

One of the inspectors who came out after it was completed said there were two windows that needed to be replaced and I have not heard from anyone. I hope they don't forget about it.

Documents were provided digitally without asking if this was good for me.

The entire project is well managed, clean, and professional. I like after the workers are finished, a supervisor comes to check the work. If anything needs to be done, they make sure you are satisfied before the job is signed off.

Clean up was not exceptional. Nails in garage on the floor, glass in living room, hand prints on the sides of the wall, things in garage were not covered, screen pushed out, and splotches on the outside of the house.

Everyone that we have delt with has great customer service, we have used them for all of our remodeling and love the quality of service and products.

Initially the sales experience was nice. The after sales is questionable. Tried reaching out several times for information and follow up. I finally got a call back for my installation date and the PM had no idea I called for other product info. Nefer got a follow up call.

The crew that came to instill my office window, showed up on time, were very respectful and professional towards me and my home. They completed the installation and did an awesome job of cleaning up and taking all the trash with them. They did such a good job, that I've decided to do some more windows and wanted this same crew to come back to do those windows. A bonus of the new window is that it is actually 5 to 10 degrees cooler in my office now compared to the old window.

Project was professionally handled from start to finish. Windows look great, and everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional.

We were told several times throughout the sales process that they would keep the curved lines when wrapping our trim, they would clean everything “we would not even be able to tell they were here” and that there would be an English speaking (understanding) on site. This was not the case. Day 1 crew did a great job. Day 2 they were very late, supposed to be there at 8, then 11, then 1:30 and I think they arrived at 2:30. We asked for them to come earlier bc we had to leave that afternoon. They left nails, metal gutter pieces all over the driveway and on the back deck. We had to go and clean the next day. Also, the number we were given twice and told call me anytime was a generic number that brought us to whoever was answering the phone. Could never get to our salesperson, Corey. We also had 2 gutters that needed to be fixed. One was very crooked, on the front of the house and the other we needed to buy an adapter for. The gutter looked horrible trying to fit the new size with the old size. The last guy did a nice job.
