I would recommend them, but with caution, because there were things that really bothered me. After giving me the quote and all the possible offers, the salesman took the quote with him. I stepped into the other room, and when I came back, he was ready to leave—but he didn’t leave me with any paperwork at all. Everything is online, but why take the paperwork that had my quotes on it? If I want to come back and do more work later, I don’t have anything written down. Even though I think they are a good company, I still want to be left with paperwork—something that shows our agreement. I don’t agree that everything should be online. I don’t even have one sheet of paper saying I have a 50‑year warranty, and if our electronics went down, I’d have no proof. They could say it was a long time ago and not remember my name. The other companies I interviewed all left me with a piece of paper about their company, their ratings, and a written quote. I don’t mind the agreement being online, and I guess I can print it out, but I still feel I should be given something. The bank even called last night to ask if it was a scam that I was charged $17,000. I told them it was seventeen‑thousand‑something, but I didn’t remember the exact amount. Since I didn’t have one piece of paper with the exact quote, I didn’t know whether to say yes to the bank. Thankfully, my son Landon had taken a picture of the quote, so it ended up matching—but I had to scramble. That was very confusing, especially for older people. I’m 78. The quality is fine, but there are small things they really need to improve, like leaving customers with a piece of paper.

Power was supposed to have someone come out and do a walk-through, but no one has called me that I'm aware of, or no one's scheduled a walk-through, and I called the company earlier to ask about my payment plan and walk-through, and she said, We're so busy right now that we have so many projects, and I don't think they'll be able to get out and do the walk-around. We paid a lot of money, and they said they were going to get somebody to do that, and she transferred me to the person; however, the agent who transferred me was pretty rude, and because of her response to my questions, I'd have to rate it a 4.
