The guys came on time and did what they had to do. They explained everything that was going to be done and they cleaned up when finished.

The overall attention to every detail

We're should I start. Sales guy made a huge mess in my sons room by going into the attic and bringing down insulation from his clothes. I had to clean it up. Still picking up shingle nails from the roofers and then the gutter guys just dumped the gutters where ever and did not tarp off like the contract said they should have. So again I had to clean that up so we didnt get a flat tire. The roofers were supposed to build a cricket behind my chimney and never did.

After the inspection the problem areas were clearly explained and shown to me. I was impressed with the quality of the products that were also shown and explained to me.

I would recommend to others if Matt is the project manager and he oversees everything.

I had a very nice experience. The only thing that I not really regret, but spoke to soon on, was the fact that I had bought four of my windows and wanted to pay those off before I did the others. Somehow, my little gentlemen, Mario, talked me into getting more and having more and more debt. We will wing-it, though. I would suggest not to pressure people into getting that. Try to advise them, but at the same time, don't try to pressure them. Sometimes, people cannot afford getting these windows, they are expensive. They are guaranteed and all that, but so were the ones that they took off, and I had had those for a very long time.

From beginning to end we were pleased; the way they presented what they were selling, it all worked well. With the condition of our home, it really needed the work. They were constantly in contact; the app allowed you to see the project; everything was very professional.

People were wonderful

We found they were extremely thorough in a roof redo. The wonderful woman who came to the house to give us an initial quote was here about 4 hours and was very thorough and took over 70 pictures of the roof and outside and took pictures of everything; they answered questions quickly. Their customer service was amazing.

Power Home Remodeling did quality work. From the beginning to the end, the salesman, the measurement technician, and the installers were really good at listening and understanding what my concerns were. They answer all questions. They explained the product and went over any concerns that I had. I liked that. When we called, they answered really quickly.

They did our attic and also did our door. The door is great. I was promised that I would be able to switch out my locks. I was told there would be no trouble, but it turned out that was impossible. If I had known that, I wouldn't have gotten the door. We were not told that we would lose our storm door. The installation of the door resulted in losing the storm door. Power refused to replace the storm door for warranty reasons. I was not happy with that. Other than that, the attic job was fine. The workers were great at that. Patel was great. The door is fine. It is a great door. I am happy with it, but I think Power could have done better representing themselves before the sale. We ended up with what we didn't want. I had a long conversation with the sales guy. He said that it would be no problem to get the locks swapped out, but it was a problem.

Power was very difficult to work with. They refused to postpone the installation in 10-degree weather, putting themselves at risk and also risking my property.

THey were very professioal and kepot me in the loop with everything. They did a great job.

It is a scam and a trap. Stay away from it.

The workmanship and the quality of materials was excellent. It was top quality. I appreciate everything that was done and how the whole project was managed. I am totally satisfied.
