The work that was completed was stellar. My only complaint is cleanliness after work is done.
Outstanding customer Service, kept us updated every step of the process.
They did our Windows
Communication
Work crews 1 and 3 were hard working and proficient. However verbal communication was strained. Too many phone calls to project managers to keep project moving
They were to work with and seemed to know exactly what to do - and when !!
Quick fast and professional
Professional, courteous, skilled.
Very professional and personable. Did a great job
Job still not completed. Sent wrong patio door and now say will be June 25 before replacement will arrive and be installed. Changed original installation date. Took full payment out of my bank after saying they would not do that until job was completed. Window replacement project begun in April and do not have any promise that patio doors will be here June 25 I am very unhappy and will definitely not recommend this company for any project.
The hard sales tactics can be a little much.
All employees are friendly, courteous, respectful, and will answer all your questions up front.
Great customer service from pre-project to post-project, and beautiful work!
Everyone I been in contact with has been extremely professional
Very positive. Completed in early May.
Professionalism, Kindness and patience with my questions and their knowledge of this service. I was really impressed with their teamwork and ability to work well together.
**** pour job
The crew worked very hard, made very little mess, and cleaned up pretty well when they were done. They were courteous in all interactions
The Efficiency. Communications. How quick the installation took
The explanation of the process and all that would be done
The workers were on time and worked the whole time
Explanations were clear, honest and straightforward.
I do not appreciate the aggressive sales tactics. The first person who met with us was a sales person who appeared to be knowledgeable and gave us several different quotes based on the different needs we had. The second person identified himself as an ‘installer’ and also seemed knowledgeable. He seemed to be more of a sales person though, and we later found that he did not measure our roof panels correctly. He promised he would be present at the job when the work started and he never came. Then the ‘QA’ person came at the beginning of the job to upsell us on siding. Should not the QA person come at the end of the job as originally explained to us by the ‘Installer’ to check and make sure the job was done correctly? This was not the case.
Thought it was expensive
We are very happy with our new roof. We were happy with the good quality materials that you use and the job was done quickly but efficiently
The two technicians who came to replace the door were on time, very professional, took care of everything that needed to be done as far as the door replacement in a timely manner, did quality work, cleaned up, and were really generally pleasant individuals.
I was happy with the job in it of itself. The customer service from the beginning was excellent. But the crew didn’t properly finish some items and they had to come back three times to fix things they missed. That got frustrating as the true end to the first phase of the project wasn’t truly done until two weeks after the project was projected to finish. We understood some mishaps here and there but it felt like the crew just wasn’t listening and wanted to just rush through the project to get it done.
Installed fantastic windows. They were on time. They kept us informed constantly.
Great experience! The sales agent was friendly and helpful, and the installation crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. They worked hard, cleaned up everything, and the windows came out beautiful. Highly recommend!"
The added expense of customer needing to reinstall security system components after installation.
Yes, This is the second or third time that I has used Powers to upgrade my home and I am very happy and impressed with their work. They displaced excellence in their skills and were willing to answer any questions or concerns right there while performing their job.
I got the help I.
Needed quickly! VERY professional the workers polite cleaned everything up, I liked the fact they messaged me on the port and called me when they were going to be late or plan's were changed!!!!

The employees were easy to talk to, seemed to be proud of their work, the product is beautiful, and we love our new windows.
Professional from start to finish. Love my new windows and no complaints.
Very professional
The work was done well, but the price was very high.
Everyone was very professional and polite. Adam, the initial sales person was personable as was Matt who gave the demonstration of the windows. Manny and his installers were great and very clean. They even cleaned up a bit of a mess that I had left.
Felt a bit pressured during sales process. Was a bit stressful pressured to make a large monetary decision
They were professional, polite, knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful.
I enjoyed working with the salesman. He was very honest and easy to talk to.
Quality work completed quickly and on time, any issues were addressed completely.
Very satisfied with my experience
Timely, knowledgeable, and flexible.
Installers unbelievable job.
It is a very good company for home remodeling. I have no complaints at all. Would use them again.it's
Everyone was very professional. I love the new windows.
We had a several bad experiences with Power Home Remodeling.
Crooked window and poor communication: the most prominent window which was installed in the living room is still crooked. My mother is not pleased. Three times I requested a supervisor come out but no supervisor came. In the end I was told there was no remedy for this type of replacement window because it’s an old house. I would have gladly paid a carpenter to put in that one window if I had know this was a possibility.
Poor scheduling process and communication: The work crew came back twice to look at it but never on the day that was scheduled. Twice we waited all day for them and they never came. Then they came on a Saturday when they weren’t scheduled and we just happened to be home.
Aggressive sales: Sam came to check on the crooked window. I don’t know why they sent him as he has no installation experience. He did sell us vinyl siding. At the time we thought it was the best move we could make because we had issues with rotting wood in areas. Afterwards we repented because we didn’t like the look of vinyl and we cancelled the contract. Best move we could have made.
Aggressive sales overpriced: Powers approach of selling and then offering a lower price if you sign the tract the same day was so stressful. It’s easy to make rash decisions when one doesn’t take the time to think things through. I called my brother in law the night after we signed the contract for the huge vinyl siding job and he said not to do it. He said it’s always best to get three estimates. To take the time to think about what you would like and not to rush through it and feel pressured. We found a better price and product.
Sam was rude, aggressive, he threatened us and tried to intimidate me in my own house saying I had no say because I wasn’t on the contract!
If you want to make my mom happy and get a good review…send a real carpenter and make our living room window straight.
