I was happy with the project from beginning to end. No worries.

Clean & efficient

Some windows ordered were not received on scheduled date. Some work was done sloppy. Workers left without notification. Representatives did not give complete details about the bow window.

Power has replaced my windows in 2023, and now my siding, gutters, soffits, and fascia. I would recommend them to neighbors, in fact, I have already had several inquiries from neighbors asking who did the work, and complimenting on how nice the house looks. No job is ever perfect, so please see the response to question #2

Everyone I had contact with was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.

The new sliding door doesn't lock properly and the bottom bows down so that the screen pops out periodically. Caulking on one side of the window was messy. I asked the guy to fix but it dried before he could touch it up. He didn't really know what to do. I told him I would use some touch up paint to cover it myself. I talked to someone from Power twice on the phone. They twice guaranteed a response by two different dates. Haven't heard from the still.

I would definitely recommend Power Home Remodeling to a friend. Since they installed the windows my house stays cooler and the AC doesn't turn on every 5 minutes. It was definitely worth it.

It’s too hard to reach anyone with questions and concerns. I’m worried now about the guarantee they offer and warranty. I called several times to talk about my installation and finally reached a human, who left me on hold for 10 minutes. I have not had my concerns addressed.

I dont like my windows, it is too wide the frames between each window.

Prices are a little high.

The county’s code enforcement did not approve the installation of 8 tapcons that were ether missing or not installed correctly. Waiting till we are back in town at end of month to have the crew come back and correct problem.
Also crew killed a patch of lawn in the front of the house where they set a table saw on the grass.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. no wasted time. They worked continually--no stopping to talk or any other wasted time. They cleaned up and listened to my requests. I was completely satisfied.

I like the products. Sarah, Alden, and the rest of the team were great. The install was quick and efficient. I was mostly very satisfied with a few minor concerns. I would absolutely recommend, but be prepared to make a decision same day to get the "discounted" pricing and know that things will move quickly from there.

The cleanup was not as good as it could have been; I found over two dozen nails. They have to come back and fix an area behind one of my gutters. When the gutter was being put back up, the installer noticed there was a problem. There are small things I am not happy with.

They did a great job. They came on the day they said they would. They were on time. I had no issues. The guys were great!

Everyone in the process was very professional, and I appreciated that. They worked with my budget and my needs when scheduling, and the installation was terrific. It is wonderful to not have anyone come back to fix anything because it was done right the first time.

The process of getting everything scheduled was good. The workers were nice. The only complaints are that the project was in the winter, so the cleanup was not very good. We are still finding items that were not cleaned up. We found a bottle of pee in our yard.

I thought the technicians did their job expertly, well, very efficiently, and quicker than I expected. They were very personal. If they had to stop because something was wrong, they would come to me and talk to me and not try to hide it. It was a very pleasant experience.

Window replacement was a 2 day undertaking, but was so smooth. Each person working had their particular job to do and they kept it going for the 28 windows that I have until they completed the job. They were cleaning up as they moved from window to window and in the end an efficient, great experience.

Specific pieces of Information presented by the marketer, salesman #1, and sales manager did not match.

The gutters are good quality & the windows are phenomenal.

Nothing went right with this project. It was scheduled for 7/9/26, but was rescheduled for 7/10/26; because a dumpster was not delivered on 7/8/26.

The quickness of install was wonderful.

Everyone in the company starting with the person who knocked on out door asking if we’d be interested in talking to someone within their company about our windows which were 23 years old to the remodeling consultant (Amanda) who came out and spent some time with us going over all the options and financing and answering any and all questions and concerns to the crew who came to install were absolutely professional and courteous. The installers kept us up on everything they were going to do and once finished clean up the yard the windows and you would have never known that you had work done on your house that day. Loves the fact the replaces 25 windows by end on afternoon. Will recommend these to others,

The communication between the gentleman that was here supervising the crew was outstanding, the time he took too explain the details and the step by step process was just perfect, the crew that was with him were very friendly and very pleasant to my every suggestion the cleanliness was very well done, the customer service I received from the gentleman that was in charge of them and my roof was incredibly thoughtful and when I experienced a bad moment through the process due to a misunderstanding or miss information given to me by the sales man, he tried to comfort me as best possible, when he came the day before to advise of the work and the bringing the material he checked the whole house so if anything needed to be covered or moved it will be done before. You and your team are very blessed to have a person who really cares about the customers the way she demonstrated to me.

The team cleaned up each day before they left, and the work done seems to be excellent.

They had me scheduled for 2 days but they did it all in one day. 10 mins after there arrival they were already up on the roof stripping off the ols shingles. They had everything stripped off in only a few hrs. They started the install process right away.
