The crew was courteous and efficient. They respected my property were done in one day. They cleaned up well afterwards as well.
Will likely recommend to friends who are financially able to afford it. I cannot recommend to everyone because the prices are more expensive than others.
The crew was right on time. Got right to work, carefully covering our rugs. They worked well, getting 4 windows installed in just 3 hours including cleanup which was perfect. Love those Pella windows! They carefully demonstrated how to clean both sides.
They were very thorough and had good communication. THE work was done on time.
I thought they were professional, did the work on time, the workmanship was good, and they cleaned everything up quite nicely.
It was an impeccable level of service. They were very knowledgeable and punctual. I was extremely happy with the level of service I got across the board.
The install didn't go well because they broke one of my windows, but that's the only thing that went wrong.
I did not realize I needed windows until I got them. It helped with the sound outside.
It was a great experience. I highly recommend them.
Product is expensive.
I already gave them a rating whern I sat down with them, so Id on't need to eqave any more comments.
I did not like the way they did the charges on my credit card. The 3% for using my credit card. The salesman told me we would not be charged. I ended up paying them cash.
Up until my last project, which was project number 9, I would have probably had no reluctance in recommending. However, I was very disappointed and frustrated with my last project, which was "completed" and logged as such in my Project Pulse app on Feb 2, 20206. That was completely false and should have never been logged as such. After weekly/bi-weekly calls, empty promises of returned calls (never happened once until it all reached critical mass), avoidance, empty promises for scheduled installs, where the crew just never showed up, multiple phone calls with multiple different people, all whom had to be giving the same story that I had probably giving and repeated 10+ times....just flat out unprofessional, disappointing and it leaves me not wanting to deal with power home for any future projects. On a positive note, just today Apr 7th, 2026, 9 weeks after you all officially logged my project as "complete", it was finally taken care of. I guess I should thank the crew who showed up on their "day off" and "volunteered" to finally finish my 12-window project...or so that's what I was told.
We had a great experience working with the team. They were professional, attentive, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I really appreciated their communication and attention to detail.
The sales process was very long. The experience was positive. They were knowledgeable.
The product, workmanship, punctuality and efficiency were all top quality
The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helpful
It was good. It could have been better.
Their sales pitch was not aceptable.
Great communication throughout the process with the team-members involved. There were changes that were required on our end due to life circumstances and there was never pressure, lack of professionalism, or pushback to the alterations we needed to make. Everyone we spoke with demonstrated an eagerness to work with us, a willingness to go the extra mile, and followed through to ensure the project was completed to a high standard and our desired result. Using Power Home Remodeling for future projects isn't an if, but when.
They did a good job, and I am satisfied.
Very satisfied with their service.
I like the quality of the work. It looks great and performs well.
From the beginning of the transaction, the guy who came to interview me and talked to me, his name is Mike, was very professional friendly very open and I found them to be honest people.
I would reccomend Power Home Remodeling for their window service.
Quality of product, ease of use, appearance of finished work
Rylan (our in person sales rep) was highly professional, kind and was not overly pushy as some sales people can be
Everything was fine.
I've been satisfied with Power Home Remodeling for years, and they have done other work for me.
We are always pleased with Power Home Remodeling’s products and the great customer service,
We were a little disappointed with the communication. They didn't show up on the first day. We had to call them. They came on the next day. There were a few times where they didn't follow through.
Clear communication. Competitive pricing, and fast and clean install
We interacted with professional people at the various stages of the project. It was a pleasure. Premium people and premium parts. Great transferable warranty.
Power Home Remodeling was thorough and very helpful in steering the needs of the project and helping me find an agreeable price on the remodeling project.
Very easy and affordable, they took the hassle out of searching for contractors and scheduling.
Quick, clean, quality work 👌
On time & quality work
The installation was a horrible experience. We understood going into this that it was a construction project and that dust and debris would be a part of it, but we tried to lay plastic and things to help contain things. But the crew took it upon themselves to remove the plastic in a way that ensured the debris fell onto the furniture and flooring. I had plastic covering my computer that they removed and in doing so, they knocked down some custom hand painted figures and broke them.
Another issue is that when they were removing some of the old windows, they broke the glass and it went all over our flooring and exterior pavers. While they attempted to “clean up” the broken glass, we found many shards in our carpet and in our backyard where our daughter plays.
There is also broken glass shards and debris in the seals of the new windows, as they didn’t clean anything after they removed the old ones and installed the new ones.
One of the installer also used a toilet upstairs, which is fine as we all have to use the restroom. However, this individual decided not to flush his feces and also got urnine all over the toilet.
The installation team also spilled lacquer thinner on our flooring in an upstairs bedroom and it won’t come off. So our flooring is permanently damaged. We have read that acetone might get it off, but it might also ruin the flooring top coat in the process.
There are other issues along these lines. But as you can tell, we had many issues with the install and we would never want to refer anyone to experience any of these, so will we not be recommending Power to anyone.
Found everything honest and right up front.
They did a good job.
I have used them several times. I think they are overpriced. The warranty is good, the work is better than good and they will come and touch up anything I need touched up. All my neighbors are contractors.
I had the salesperson come out to the house; they were very good. I had eight windows replaced and I asked what brand they used and said they mainly use Pella windows, which worked out well. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and good. The installers came out and started their work and did a pretty good job but I thought they could have cleaned up a little bit better; I had to sweep and vacuum inside and out, which I was disappointed with. Then they had an inspector come out and inspect the job the installers did. the inspestor came off as a know-it-all; I had to ask him to stay with the windows to see if they were installed correctly but he was talking about all other areas of my house. I felt The inspector was talking down to me. Would I recommend them, maybe some of it. I would never recommend that inspector coming out to my house again.
The process was really easy and straightforward. The prices were good and the work was done really well. We had three appointments. They came in for the consultation, then the measuring, and then the installation. They were all on time and they knew their stuff. Everything was really well done. They were knowledgeable, kind, and very personable. They were all very good representatives that came out.
We had windows and doors put in. Both crews were punctual, polite and get our home clean.
I was taken with the friendly, courteous, and informative team of experts that Power Home Remodeling has available to serve the homeowner!
The crews didn’t do a good lob cleaning up, I had to have someone come out multiple times and I am still finding nails. I also had to have someone come fix the windows because the weather stripping was coming off, and fix the downspout on the gutter because it was leaking.
Their communication was clear and concise. All their representatives were open and friendly, and their work crews were excellent!
They need to make sure that they see the design of the product before they sign on the dotted line. I had a problem.
From the beginning to the end, all of the checks and balances. The demonstration on how the windows perform, how they are made and the benefits to your wallet, in the long haul.
We think they may have given us a good quality product. However, after they left the job site, we found a styrofoam baffle, behind our landscaping, that apparently blew off while the wood planks were being swapped for new. We contacted Power Home Remodeling to ask them to send someone out, to place that baffle back up into our attic. After 3 days of waiting for someone to come out, (and leaving the attic access in our bedroom cleared for access for 3 days). And promised for 3 days that someone would call back/ to come out to fix the issue. We were told some lame story that the baffle wasn’t necessary and didn’t need to be placed back in our attic, along side the other baffles that were still in our attic. We don’t have any confidence in the follow through from Power Home Remodeling, if or when we have any issues with our roof in the future. They took our money and that’s all they wanted. Just no concern for future business or recommendations.
The process was streamlined, organized, and speedy.
