Pushy sells tactics!

There were several issues with our roofing installation, a couple of which is going to cost us several hundred dollars and a fair amount of time to fix. Communication was frustrating and difficult and overall it was pretty stressful to have to deal with.

The results look great!

Efficiency and professionalism.

Incredibly pushy sales people, shady sales tactics, misrepresenting the company. We were told all installers were employees of Power and not subcontractors, however the installation team that arrived were contractors, not power employees. Less than a week after our install, Power cold-called every neighbor in our neighbourhood including us, after we had a sales pitch during our install with the same pushy and shady tactics by a person who claimed they understood our feelings about those tactics.

I would never recommend Power to my neighbors or friends. In fact, I would advise against using Power due to the poor communication and lack of quality and effort by the office and crew.

It’s unfortunate because we had a good experience with the window crew, but I will not be doing any additional work with Power.

I wouldn’t recommend this business because the monthly financing payment they quoted was significantly lower than what I ultimately ended up paying. There is a lack of transparency and the discrepancy between the quoted amount and the actual payment amount

I was not happy with the constant calls and rescheduling requests. The roofers (a) damaged our sidewalk lights (b) roofers placed the roof vent in the wrong place and (c). The gutter team turfed my driveway lawn.

Please be upfront about the expected length of the initial sales presentation when scheduling. The four-hour presentation was excessive, and knowing the time commitment in advance would have helped set expectations and determine whether it was a good use of time.

Don't be discouraged by the way your house will look at the very beginning. By the time they have done it, it will look fabulous!
