I like my windows. They were installed well and in a timely manner.

I would not recommend a company that uses high pressure to get a sale. I do think the outcome in terms of the job and the windows were excellent.

We had to reschedule our installation day. Our project has not been completed yet. We had a messed left on site when the installer were finished doing what they could. It take 4 days to hear from someone at all, and to schedule the last installtion of our products.

From the start to the end of the process it was a good experience and the door looks great.

This is the first time I have ever done a remodeling project. It was great from the start and you have apps to keep track of stuff. I can download the contracts that I signed off on and still review after the projects done.

I was a little upset when the people who came back out the second time to blow more insulation in our attic. Above the garage, there was no insulation up there at all. And they came and they only put 2 inches up and the guy who came out to make sure everything was okay on the job saw that they hadn't put enough up. And so sent them out again, and the guy only put like another two inches and my husband looked and said, that's not enough. He said, you're supposed to have 12 inches up here, and he's like, oh well, yeah, that's we have to. We put over what was existing there. And my husband's like I had nothing up there so you have 4 inches when there should be 12 and the guy was a little upset and he said, okay, fine. I'll put more up there. You put more up there, and then he just left. He did not say goodbye. Do you want to double-check and make sure that I did enough for you? This time, nothing he just left. So, you know, it was enough. The second time, but you know, he was upset. So he just left, so it's a little miffed about that. But other than that, everything was good. The people came out and did our gutters. They did a wonderful job as well.
