They were Hispanic, and no one spoke English. It was very hard to communicate, especially with the soffit and gutter job. They should have one person who can speak English.

Power Home was fast and friendly, and the windows are fantastic.

Overall, the work was okay. They have to come back and repair a few windows. I think the workers they hired to install the windows didn't give their best. There were a few mistakes they are going to fix, but they haven't fixed them yet. They were scheduled to repair the windows last month and never did. We don't have another date set. In the beginning, I had high hopes for Power. Now that the windows are installed, I feel that we overpaid.
