Overall it has been a very good experience with Power. A little more expensive than some others, but timeliness and service from people has been excellent.

We had water management work done- new soffits, drains and down spouts. I was most impressed with the trim team. They installed new soffits and fascia board all around the roof line of our 4000 sq ft house. It was billed as a one day job but to do it thoroughly and correctly it required two days. The complexity were the multiple roof angles and roofing that was 40 feet directly above our stairs to the underground basement. These guys did it all cleanly and completely. I was thrilled to see how comprehensively they did the work. My compliments to the onsite team lead and his crew. He explained the work to me and kept me appraised of what was required. When done, they left our property pristine, no trash, errant nails or any debris. Power is fortunate to have such a strong and experienced trim team. I hope they are recognized for their expert hard work.

Power was very specific on a process on how things would progress. There were no surprises, everything sold/promised was actually fulfilled.

The sales pitch was a little long but everyone was super friendly, efficient, and made everything make sense throughout the process.

Overall, the project went well. Only minor issues with getting pictures timely to provide to HOA for approval of project. The cost may be slightly higher than other companies but are paying up front for piece of mind later with warranty. Windows also appear to be of excellent quality. Crew that installed windows were professional. Took care of addressing issues that were encountered given prior widows were wood and had some wood rot that was not observable until old windows were removed. Crew had additional job to get to so cleanup was a little hasty but cleanup was adequate, and was later addressed by quality control inspection. I elected to move forward with doing few additional windows given problems noted with old windows and experience I had with getting project completed.
