At the very beginning I shared that I was not interested in windows, only the gutters but I was willing to hear what the salesman had to say. By the end of the evening I got the windows instead of the gutters!

Overall I am very happy with my purchase because I got what I was promised, my expectations were set clearly at the start and I believe that the cost and quality, was good value for money.

First of all, the installers did not do a satisfactory job. They damaged the drywall inside my house and did not adequately repair it. They also did not clean up properly, leaving shards of glass in my carpet, partly due to the fact that they did not vacuum at all, leaving me to do it, while having the gall to pressure me into signing a document that claimed that they did do it. The quality assurace guy left before the installation was halfway done, in no way assuring the quality of the installation.

Secondly, I had questions about the warranty. Everyone claimed to me that the warranty was transferrable if you sold the house. Both the product and the workmanship warranties had plain language in them indicating otherwise. Everyone I spoke to assured me that they would get back to me, and no one ever did. When I emailed the manager at the office, they also ignored my email, even after having spoken to me on the phone.

The service is great. I'm very happy with my windows, but communication was a challenge.
