We had doors installed, and we were not happy with the quality of the installation. The quality assurance manager who came out and looked at everything agreed with us that the installation was not the best they could have done, and they have given us a plan on how it will be remedied. We are still seeing how that will be before we would recommend Power to any of our friends.

Thorough investigation and exhaustive information/explanation given by friendly representatives. Plenty of documentation and pictures taken during the process with a very handy app to access it all. And incredibly professional job done with high quality workmanship and materials that leave me with no doubt as to the integrity and longevity of the improvements. Overall, just fantastic!

Instillation was quick and efficient. Demonstrated quality of windows. Financing was quick. All of the representatives that came to my house were professional courteous, and very knowledgeable

The men were very thorough, neat, and stood behind their work. My son and neighbor are looking forward to working with them also.

Finish work was not smooth. Found cuts in the walls. Dirty hand marks on the walls.

This is qualified because I believe that the price for the windows and the installation was probably higher than if I had been willing to do some of the legwork myself.
As a single, senior age woman, I was unwilling to tackle that work so I think I probably paid more. However, was worth it to me.

Original crew did poor job with installation, damaged my home and exterior landscaping. Left trash everywhere and di not lay down any drop cloths. Came back 3 additional times and continued to damage the windows and install incorrectly. Took over 6 months. Tried several to bribe me with discount into signing the certificate of completion before job finished even though the dicument states not to.

The workers worked hard and consistently.

Poor housekeeping. They dont follow instructions. They had to come back.
