Absolutely! I already have. I have been telling realtors, too. It was about a stucco remediation issue, and the realtors love to know who does a good job. I have already told several. I usually do not respond to any surveys of this kind. Sometimes you talk to somebody, and you're on customer service, and you get one. I normally ignore all of them, but they were worthy of mentioning of how professional they were and perfect.

I am glad I chose Global Home Improvement for my metal roof installation, it is the largest part of my house renovation, and the roof is just as I hoped. The sales rep and the project manager explained what I could expect very well, and the project manager kept me well-informed during the job. I appreciated the practical suggestions for the few fixes my old house needed to get the best end result. The finished roof is beautiful!
Great experience, beautiful new windows. We have found that noise from outside is not heard as well inside as it was with our old windows. The installers did a wonderful job and worked quietly. We would recommend Global to anyone who needs home improvements.

We have worked with Global before when they installed our windows in our previous home a few years ago. Once again we were pleased with their service. Dawn kept us up to date on the project, Marty was helpful and informative and answered all our questions during the consultation and Daniel did our installation again and was as thorough as the first time. We are in a condo situation this time and had to get condo association approval and Global was knowledgeable about what our condo association required (did all the leg work) and made sure we had the plans and everything we needed to submit to them in a timely manner. Though we haven't gone through a winter yet we're sure the windows will be as good as they were with keeping the cold weather out as the previous ones were. Highly recommend Global for window replacement.

We had great service. The crews were exceptionally courteous to our family and kept all areas clean at the end of each day. Everything looks great thanks to their attention to detail and their useful recommendations. Everyone was super patient with all of our questions and requests. They wanted to make sure we were100% happy with the work being done.
We have used Global for many projects (Windows, Roof, doors, siding and Gutters) and the workmanship is always top quality. I do not enjoy the sales process and negotiating with the Sales person on a price - always making customer feel like they are doing them a favor rather than appreciating the customers business. Same process all the time... Sales person has to call for the best price...this is the deal we will give you today if you sign right now etc. Its a game I am not comfortable with, but tolerate as a repeat customer because I know the quality of the workmanship.

Our project manager was very accessible and made the experience great. He helped address all of our concerns and made many recommendations we liked. The crew was tremendously clean and organized which was great because we were worried about our 4 small children. They were also extremely polite and courteous. The workmanship, especially on the siding, is great and we constantly get compliments on the attention to detail.
It was a very pushy and shady sales process. The workmanship was good if you get Alex's crew.
The staff at Global was very communicative and organized. I knew what they planned to do at all times and when. When it came to the actual work, their contractors were skillful, efficient and worked clean. Final product was excellent.
