I had an issue with American Standard not following through.

I had a very good experience with the communication with the salesman and the technician. They are very friendly and answered all the questions I had.
I enjoy the tub, and it's easy for me to get in and get out. My husband and I really like it.

They need to wear gloves when preparing the glass for installation. I had to get window cleaner to the fingerprints off the glass.

They were fantastic! They were professional, kind, and punctual! What I love most is how they communicated with me. They cleaned up behind themselves. I would recommend them to everyone. That is how impressed I was. They were wonderful!

Unfortunately, when it comes to the workmanship, they left a hole in the floor and left the wall unfinished. They messed with sheetrock and dust that they tried to clean up. I thought they'd at least cut the molding into shape. I understand leaving it off, but that joint compound was unsanded. It needed a second coat. I didn't expect painting, but at least finishing it and maybe priming it. They didn't allow me to clean up around the toilet. After they took it, I thought I could clean up around it. It was the same thing when they installed the doorway. I wanted to do a little something there. I was able to do the one, but I don't think the one workman understood or spoke English. It was a little tough to talk to him, so I don't think he understood what I was trying to get done. Other than that, all my other questions were answered.
