I received poor service.
I'm sorry I bought the tub it takes forever to fill and I hate its the worst money I've spent on the tub.
American Standard offered very poor quality work and it was very over priced.
They're very professional with what they do.
I was satisfied!
The salesman really seems to know what he was doing. He is good at his job. The installation crew was nice. I don't think American Standard isn't picking quality technicians to install their products.
I love the tub and all work was completed on time.
The tub is great.
I am pleased, and I have been enjoying my walking in tub. I have no negatives to say about them. The Walk-in helped me with my back and leg especially since I have diabetes, and it was difficult for me to use it before. It is a positive impact on my body. It helped me so much and made it easier for me to help my husband taking a bath. I don't have to worry about him falling or slipping in the shower. The Walk-in tub has been a positive impact for me.
I totally enjoy my tub!
It's a good product, though a little bit expensive.
I am satisfied.
At the season of life that I am in, it is very enjoyable and practical. It is safer than a shower and a tub and that is the main reason I had it installed.
If we could get the tub to fill up quicker, I would have given them 5 stars.
I was very pleased with the installing, but it was leaking, so I'm not pleased with the tub, and I need it rectified.
I enjoy this bathtub. It is the greatest bath I have taken and one of the best investments I have ever made.
A little more costly than a lot of people can afford, even with financing.
We like the tub.
I like the tub a lot. It's amaing. Absolutely amazing. My five year old granddaughter likes it as well.
Everything was done on time, it was done in one day and they communicated well.
We are very satisfied with the product, however, the responses since installation have been non existent. There is a crack in the trim which was pointed out to the installer and he said he sent it to the contractor. I also contacted our sales agent about it and to date haven't heard anything from anyone. In addition, our original estimate was increased to include the cost of moving a wall between the toilet and shower. The installers were able to salvage that wall and not have to replace it. I have telephoned and emailed our sales rep on the issue asking about a reduction in price due to that decrease in the scope of the work. He said he relayed the information to management and again, we haven't heard a word since.
The installers were very professional. They got it done in a timely manner. They cleaned up very throughly. I am quite satisfied with the installation and the tub itself.
I would recommend them based on the product but not based on the salesman
It was a tragedy from beginning to end.
I have not used my tub since I put it in. I only get hot water half of the time. They did not tell me if I needed a larger hot water heater for the water to work properly.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of American Standard Walk-In Tubs as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
