No one called us back and we got the parts
I'm not happy with the walk-in tub that was installed I should have got the walk-in shower.
Terence Brant lied to me on the product he said their will be texture tile and needed nickel grab bar it was chrome. my shower leaks do to improper fit and Terence didn't do proper measurements. I've called several time with complaint and no one has reached out.
The tub is a good standard. The people whom installed it were very kind and thoughtful and did an excellent job.
I wasn't told that I didn't have enough hot water to make a good bath. The salesman didn't inform me. Also, I thought I was getting the shower that was attached to the wall, but it was the handheld one.
The product is good. However, I think the installers are ill-advised on how to behave as professionals. As well as the customer service is not very good either.

The guys that were there were extremely nice. They did not make a mess. They cleaned up everything wonderful.
I've been talking to friends about their services just haven't gotten anyone to say yes.

I can recommend the perceived quality of the tub but each time I mention the cost, the are shocked and often end the conversation right there. I had to supplement half the cost by withdrawing from my Retirement account which others are reluctant to do. If I find someone who needs a walk in tub due to a physical handicap, I will certainly share our experience with them.
American Standard has quality service, they are on time, and thorough.
I think that the American Standard walk in tub that I bought works terrifically, and I would recommend it to anybody.
The guys were great, and they explained everything. They were done with the whole shower in one day!
