They were great. I gave them a 5-star rating for the Better Business Bureau.
I can not speak for the rest of the Westfall crew, I can only tell you what my experience was with the crew I had. Jason, the sales rep was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The installation crew was very disrespectful to me and my property. The property around my home was not protected or covered which lead to my brand new, one month old air conditioner being damaged. Jeremy the site supervisor assured me that he would take care of it. Many text messages and phone calls.... nothing, I think he's MIA. I tried to withhold some of the payment for the roof until my air conditioner was repaired and was advised that a lean would be put on the house if I did not make full payment. Westfall also offers a referral fee which they don't honor. My sister next door to me, had her roof repaired in January, she referred Westfall to me, and she never received the referral fee.
I liked that they were professional and polished. They use their own guys, not the typical sub contractors, this was important to me. The office was very good about answering questions and answering my questions. I did pay a little more but I feel the peace of mind was well worth it.I would recommend them in a heart beat
