The "sales" pitch was very long - too long in fact. I don't know that I would schedule again without giving some boundaries on how long this should take. We're talking about windows...not invasive surgery. Should have been a 30-minute meeting tops. He was there for an hour and a half.🥴
Schedulers’ Level of Accommodation - Apparently the part wasn't ready so we had to the move the day. The installer called me directly.

Purchased windows in April/May for early July install. Called mid July in status. Was told that they needed to confirm some info. but the follow upnshould have been done earlier..This pushed the install back to mid Sept. Called several times and was told nothing could be done, not even to compensate for the delay.
Yes I would recommend this company to a friend. The salesperson Eric was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable of the product.
The window product is wonderful but there were some glitches in the process.

I would never recommend this company to family or friends.
It all depends on who is doing the install that day. If the lead installer is named Chris McDaniel you’ll get an A+ install from start to finish. If it’s a different crew you’ll probably have issues and problems within a few months of the install.
The windows fit perfectly and they did a great job of installing and cleaning
Great to work with. Installed 13 windows in one day without any issues. Cleaned up nicely afterwards. Quality windows, no more leaks.

Absolutely not, I'm truly livid about my experience with this company, and I wouldn't wish it upon my worst enemy, let alone my family or friends. The level of frustration and disappointment I encountered is beyond words, and I want to spare my loved ones from enduring the same ordeal. In fact I would pay my friends and family to specifically not use this company.
Purchase was during Covid but still feel delivery and install took way longer then it should have, Order placed in February, install in August. Awaiting the replacement screen as one was damaged upon receipt. Installers were very nice, cleaned up all areas and did a great job.
Technician and measurement guy were great but sales guy did not do his job . He promised a rush on windows that didn't happen. He did not submit the payment and complete the paperwork so the call to schedule measurements did not happen and I had to follow up. Everything took much longer than woukd have been standard 6 to 8 weeks. It took 3 mos
Not happy with the quality of the windows. My windows that were replaced functioned better than these new ones. Wish I wouldn't have replaced the others.

We have already mentioned Universal Windows Direct to friends who asked what company we chose to get our windows from and mentioned that we were pleased with the installation crew.
I am not that please with the windows considering the high price tag compared to the structural Integrity of the windows installed.

Why would I recommend this nightmare to anyone! I did not report to the BBB, I went to Universal to have everything repaired, but I am still waiting and very frustrated!
The sales person was great, explained would take about 3 months, after that time I called several times with no update or return calls, so I gave up. Then after 6 months I receive a call product is in warehouse to pay remaining balance to schedule install. No explanation but received calls everyday to pay and complete order. I wanted the work done and paid my initial instalment but not pleased with processes.
