Unfortunately, Universal Windows was the worst company to every work with. There was a lack of communication after signing the contract. Universal's sales representative lied about the installation company being employees of Universal; rather, the installers were contractors to my surprise. Additionally, throughout the process Universal rarely communicated the slow up with my windows and I found myself calling Universal monthly in order to get an update. I even went as far as scheduling appointments with more window companies, and even signing another contract because I though Universal Windows was reneging on our contract due to their lack of communication. As much as I love the look of my windows, I pray that I do not have any problems down the road because I have no faith in Universal and how they may respond to me moving forward. As a result of the terrible customer service, I will never recommend anyone to Universal.
I had recommended UWD to a family member after speaking with a Project Manager and seeing the windows in person. The windows seemed high quality. However, the customer service post-order, the installation, and the quality of the windows have changed my mind. I will never recommend UWD.
POOR COMMUNICATION EXCEPT TO COLLECT PAYMENT . I WOULD RECOMMEND JOSE BUT NO ONE ELSE.

Whole experience was professional and satisfying.
No one came by to check on the windows or didn’t give me a receipt or what to do next. They say they wanted recommendations and had to neighbor wanted to get a quote no one return my call. I never received my 50$ gift card.
Not pleased with lack of any Customer Service response when we needed answers most... I hope that is not an indication of future customer service responsiveness.

We have been waiting more than 5 months to have a window that was missed during production installed. Every time I call I am told someone will return my call within 24 hours and i NEVER get a call back. I wouldn't wish this kind of service on my worst enemy.
I will NEVER recommend you all or use your services again. The selling and installation was the only bright spot to my experience with you all.
