everything was professional
I am still on the fence as to whether my investment in this system was the correct choice
I would highly recommend the two gentleman who installed the system, they were GREAT, they were respectful, through, went over and beyond to ensure everything worked and even fixed a water spickit that wasn't working so we can water our lawn. They cleaned up after themselves and you could tell they truly love their craft.
I am likely to recommend the system but I do not want to be overwhelmed by calls from prospective users.
I was told the maintenance fee would be $500 to service the system. My wife reports the service technician was here less than an hour and was gone. No explanation of the service provided. Really?
I paid $8000 for a useless water filtration system. I have the same nasty water that I had before system was installed. I have already replaced 3 hot water heaters due to foul smelling water since system was installed.
A lot of our guests have commented on our water and how good it tastes. Still enjoy fresh clean water.
always friendly and able to answer all my questions
Tech provided professional service
Every month to month & 1/2 there is a technician at my home due to a problem, for the last year & 1/2. I have asked for the water system to be removed several times but they have refused, due to our dissatisfaction. I regret I ever had it installed.
The service technician was prompt, courteous, and efficient. It was good to have the same person for the 3rd. consecutive service call. He remembered us and our system. We remembered him.
Yearly filters are a bit high.
IT WOULD BE HARD TO MAKE A RECOMMENDATION AS NOTHING WAS DONE BUT PUSH THR CYCLE BUTTON. NOT WHAT HE WAS CALLED TO DO.
The guys can't seem to get their stuff straight. They call wanting me to sign up for service and they won't send me any info about the service. Then they sent a technition without my approval and tried to charge me for the service. What a cluster #@%^*&$#
Would not do business again.
These good folks take better care of our water filtration needs than I do myself! I recommend them highly!
I purchased a RainSoft water treatment system from Tri-State power & Air in 2008. I have been very pleased with the system's performance and the prompt professional service I have received from Tri-State. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends.
This past week I recommended Tri-State to a gentleman. A little story I like to tell is as follows. I called Tri-State, and the salesman came in just a couple of days. They installed my unit on Thursday and hooked up the plumbing. The electricians came on Friday and got everything wired and the switch installed. The following Monday, we lost power for an unknown reason, and the generator ran for 20 hours before power was restored. In just a little over two years, we've lost power several times and have been glad that we have a generator and don't have to worry about anything in that regards.
It was a good feeling to have a professional come in and do all the work for me. I had another company in another part of the country and was not always able to talk to a professional person.
They are professional. As with all workers, some are better than others. Most of the time they are punctual, professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.
We are very pleased with our continuing relationship with Tri-State Water, Power & Air, ever since they installed our RainSoft water treatment system back in 2006.
Scheduler out of Missouri was very accommodating. The technician who came to do the service was knowledgeable and good. The only issue was that he left the reverse osmosis setting on backwash when he left after putting in a new membrane. I caught it and changed it a couple of days later, but it could have been an issue.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.

Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Tri-State Water, Power & Air - Texas as part of our survey process.
