The guys can't seem to get their stuff straight. They call wanting me to sign up for service and they won't send me any info about the service. Then they sent a technition without my approval and tried to charge me for the service. What a cluster #@%^*&$#
Would not do business again.
These good folks take better care of our water filtration needs than I do myself! I recommend them highly!
I purchased a RainSoft water treatment system from Tri-State power & Air in 2008. I have been very pleased with the system's performance and the prompt professional service I have received from Tri-State. I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my friends.
This past week I recommended Tri-State to a gentleman. A little story I like to tell is as follows. I called Tri-State, and the salesman came in just a couple of days. They installed my unit on Thursday and hooked up the plumbing. The electricians came on Friday and got everything wired and the switch installed. The following Monday, we lost power for an unknown reason, and the generator ran for 20 hours before power was restored. In just a little over two years, we've lost power several times and have been glad that we have a generator and don't have to worry about anything in that regards.
It was a good feeling to have a professional come in and do all the work for me. I had another company in another part of the country and was not always able to talk to a professional person.
They are professional. As with all workers, some are better than others. Most of the time they are punctual, professional and kind. I would recommend them to anyone.
We are very pleased with our continuing relationship with Tri-State Water, Power & Air, ever since they installed our RainSoft water treatment system back in 2006.
Scheduler out of Missouri was very accommodating. The technician who came to do the service was knowledgeable and good. The only issue was that he left the reverse osmosis setting on backwash when he left after putting in a new membrane. I caught it and changed it a couple of days later, but it could have been an issue.
Great outfit all around!
I have been very disappointed in every aspect of my rainsoft system, from the initial sales man that sold it to me, to poor quality of the unit, to the unprofessional and rude service techs. Rainsoft/Tri-State Water is one of the worst companies that I have ever had this displeasure of dealing with.
Tri-State Water, Power and & Air are great at keeping my generator operational. I have on two occasions had the generator kick on due to bad weather. While everyone else was in the dark, I enjoyed light and comfort. Thank you Tri-State Water for a great product and service.
I love the system for the removal of bacteria and the money you will save in Washing cloths and showering
With your help I now have piece of mind during storms/weather conditions.
It's expensive but it's worth it. They do good services.
Both the service and products are quite expensive, but in the long run, it is worth it.
Unit performance is outstanding, in service 3 years with no issues!
Tri-State Water, Power and Air was the least expensive of all the ones that I looked at. They were here when they said they would be. Installed my generator in one day. They did a really good job. My generator has more than paid for itself since they installed it. My generator runs my whole house plus my water well when power goes out. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a generator. If you buy one from them, also be sure to get the maintenance contract also.
Our over all experience has been great, it sure has made a big difference in the taste of our water! Before you could not even drink our water, but now everybody tell's us how great our water taste.
Great service!!!!Virgil Stone
All workmen that was here were knowledge and did there job wel
had a minor problem (battery). thought it would take a couple of days. Serviceman apologized because it took him three hours to get there. Now that is service!
