The beginning of the process was easy. They did work with me to try and get it approved through insurance. The reason that I would not recommend them is because after the sale, they have been unresponsive to my questions about another part of the claim that I have on going. I also have billing questions that have been unanswered.

Knowing his hand was on the job and working with Jeremy, was all the comfort knowing I was in great hands. Frankie and his crew were the cleanest, hard working and very polite!

We had a roof leak in September 2023. I knew that Jeremy worked for a roofing company. I asked him to come out and inspect our roof so I could understand the scope of the damage and what kind of options I had. He saw many signs severe wind damage and then helped me start the process of making a claim for the damage. He helped explain the process through every step and explained it from the Insurance agents side, how to handle the mortgage company aspect, how other contractors played into this like our solar panel removal and interior work. He was present for installation of the new roof and inspections afterwards. He helped setup gutters and downspout replacement as well to help complete a water tight setup from the roof down. Any concerns I had about leftover materials or nails he addressed. As a note, always do your own inspection for nails, either with a magnet sweep or a flashlight and patience, especially in your driveway immediately after a roof installation. After the job was done Jeremy helped get me project completion forms and made sure that I received my final payment receipts for my records.

Accepted insurer’s cost estimate. Helped me to legitimately obtain money from the insurance company after first being denied. Showed me shingle color options brochure. Roofing work was performed capably and efficiently.

Selling the house. Buyers contact. Required new roof as part of sale. Worked well with Daryl at Exterior. Awarded to Exterior. Right move.

Best option for my family

Poor craftsmanship, made numerous mistakes ranging from installing incorrect replacement siding to causing damage to newly installed shingles

Ryan R was amazing to work with. His attention to detail is outstanding, and he advocated so well for us with insurance. We own 2 homes and both had storm damage. TEC took care of the repairs on both and we were pleased with the outcome.

My experience TEC was far from excellent one star is overrating. workmanship of roofers is quality work but trim, flashing, finish quality is poor. Motto do it quick but we will keep returning for until your satisfied or just accept it.

The person we worked with makes the company. His name is Daryl. We don't usually go with big companies, but having his personal touch made all the difference.

Overall, the quality is good, but you need to be careful about some things.

The Exterior Company did wonderful work on our house after a June storm that we had. What was picked color-wise and siding-wise, gutters and spouting, everything was really number one. People have made comments about everything, even the color of the roofing. We were very pleased with the workmanship of the workers. They were very courteous and knowledgeable in regard to what they were doing. We appreciate all of the work they did on our house and we would recommend them.

Dan showed up in our neighborhood and offered to inspect my roof after a huge hail storm we had so I had hom look things over. I figured this guy was full of it by telling me my roof was damaged but after my insurance adjuster confirmed the same thing he saw. I gave Dan the credit he deserved.

My roof was put on last week, but I don't know anything long-term. My only issue is I found a bunch of nails. Otherwise, they were efficient and good.
