As far as I can see, but I am no expert, I thought they did a very good job and it looks very nice! They did it all in one day, and the next day it poured and there were no leaks detected.

My project took almost a year to finish because I was working with my home insurance and was indecisive about which type of roof material to go with. I am definitely happy with my new architectural shingle roof and black gutter system. I am thankful to have my project manager, Jarad Ruth, along the way helping with getting approval for insurance coverage, choices in roofing material, and selection of colors, especially taking a chance on black gutters.

In this day of material shortages and no show/follow-up service calls from contractors TEC took it to a whole new level. It was a whole new experience in meeting TEC (The Exterior Company) after some recent roof damage. When you see a leak developing on your ceiling you want an immediate response. I called a bunch of contractors and TEC at around 6:00PM on a Tuesday and I was meeting with their representative the next day. Jeremy Damiano was the most responsive, informative, and helpful person I have EVER met! Other roofing companies came a few days later and some not at all. Some estimates were outrageous and others were recommending services I did not need or want. Jeremy gave me a fair estimate and we proceeded to start the process. One goal was matching the existing roofing shingles - I had an old package and after finding out it was a discontinues color Jeremy returned with 6 different samples and we found what I would call an exact match. Jeremy kept in constant contact - The materials were ordered, a date set, installers showed up and one day later I had a beautiful new roof. I'm keeping Jeremy's contact info (jeremy.damiano@theexteriorcompany.com) and I'd highly recommend you doing the same. They do siding, gutters, skylight repair and commercial roofing as well. TEC did a great job in replacing our roof. The workmanship was excellent and overall it was a great experience in completing the work.

Not sure on full replacement project recommendations as most reviews show affinity for insurance claims. So far the commitment to fix workmanship issues for 2 years should hopefully cover the issues we spotted.

What can I say…wonderful experience from start to finish, and it all starts and ends with our Project Manager, Jarad Ruth. After one of the bad storms a few months back, we were concerned about roof damage, so we contacted TEC on a referral. Jarad got in touch with us immediately, and was at our house the next day to do an evaluation. After discovering we had serious wind damage to our roof, he helped us navigate the insurance claim process, and was there 3 days later when the Insurance company came out to inspect the roof. Oh, and they agreed with his analysis and estimate on the spot!! Next thing you know, we have a beautiful new roof. Workers were on time, respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves, and then Jarad did a complete walk through and cleaned up even more! And the morning the work started he discovered that the original colored shingles we wanted had just come in, so he went out of his way to make sure the showed up here that morning, instead of the second choice.

I’ve heard of and seen a lot of roofing jobs done by “fly-by-night” roofers and the results are never good. This has been an A+++++ experience through & through. Storm Damage? Roof issues? Look no further than TEC, and ask for Jarad!
