Everything was done to my satisfaction

The roofing crew was terrific.

The roofers were a clown group who didn't seem to know what they were doing. They had to come back 3 times. The first day 4 of them stood around while one person did most of the work. Should have only taken 1 day with a good crew.

The actual roofing job was fine. But it took many weeks longer than the salesman promised before they even started, because they take on more jobs than they can handle. They worked with my insurance company, which was nice, but their final bill was incorrect, charging for gutters that were done by another company. Despite multiple messages, they still haven't corrected it.

I'm happy with everything Tacheny Exteriors did.

I am happy with the work and the management. Everything was handled professionally.

There was too much of a gap with the old boards. Tacheny went back to my insurance and was given the O/Kto put on a 1/2 inch chip board over old roof.

The workmanship was excellent. It could have been accomplished in a sooner time frame. Due to initial difficulties our project got a very late start. To be fair there were other issues occurring at the time which had nothing to do with the project or Tacheny Exteriors.

They did an amazing job!

There is no great follow up after the completion of the project.

They did a horrible job, left nails and left in a Lindley of a job for two days until they actually finished. So disappointed.

Not enough supervision of the crew. Agreed upon ventilation improvements were bypassed. Communication between homeowner, supervisor and crew was difficult, causing the work to spread out over 6 days
