They did not clean up mold as promised

Even the little things are taken care of. They are on time and competed the work.

Good communication, and actually showed up to do the work, but didn’t protect homeowners property that was moved out of the immediate work area from drywall dust.

Joshua was personable. But in the end, he underestimated the damage to insurance company. This caused a very small offer to cover the obvious damage. But insurance was pleased. Not consumer friendly.

The project representative was hesitant to provide contract information. This was upon initial signing and at the close out the job. Multiple request needed to be made to obtain both pieces of information.

I wasn't happy with some of my personal information being shared with the neighbor.

They were amazing very friendly, very efficient, very communicative, very knowledgeable, and affordable as well.

They need better structure. They have no structure and need better communication. That is why we hired them. I have no idea how to tell them to be better. If I knew how to do it, I would have done it myself.

They are great! They showed up so quickly and it was a Sunday. They were very professional and did a great job, and even cleaned up after themselves. And spent the time to go over everything with us and always came when they said they would. I was very impressed with this crew.

Kind and courteous staff. Showed up promptly on time each time as scheduled.

I had another contractor come out to look at the project first, and was very unsatisfied with them. So, I called Rytech of Middle Tennessee instead!

They were very professional. They cleaned up their mess and got it taken care of quickly!
