He was going to do three different stages of checking the mold, but he only had to do one. That reduced the price.
Rytech was quick and efficient. When I called them, they were here with in an hour and half. They got the job done. Rytech was very professional and keep me up-to-date on everything they were doing. They were really good.
All the people were very courteous, on time, did everything I asked them to, and made me feel comfortable with a bad situation. They were outstanding and represented Rytech very well!
I’m using a cell phone so don’t have much patience with tapping through an arduous compliment. Professional treatment, I felt I was well taken care of from start to Finish. Daniel kept me apprised through the entire process. Extremely courteous with every conversation we’ve had.
They are excellent
They were very professional, thorough, and quick to come start the work. They did a great job making sure it was handled right away. Rytech did a great job.
I will never call or recommend this company to anyone! The only thing good was that they were responsive but probably because nobody is calling them.
The workers were very professional, did a good job, and maintained good communication with me.
I was very happy with the job that they did. They were professional and very nice. I had never experienced anything like this and they helped me.
Rytech did not properly mitigate the Level 3 Sewer water contamination properly.. The ceiling, walls, cabinets and other porous materials were drenched in sewer water (not clean water). Rytech advised on day 1, the ceiling drywall was dry, when hours later the plumbers advised that ceiling drywall was saturated wet with sewer throughout the kitchen, and I myself, observed it to be wet as well. Rytech advised homeowner, insurance would not cover for drywall and other material removal throughout the process. Therefore only a small portion of ceiling drywall was removed and one upper cabinet. Rytech placed the cabinet on the floor of the kitchen with nails sticking out of it (where my toddlers walk), Homeowner did not identify the nails sticking out until myself and toddlers got caught and scratched by nails. The lighting fixtures removed from the ceiling (that had been saturated with sewer water) were carelessly placed on the countertops were food items were present. One light fixture was broken and another one taken. I found numerous rusted screws and nails throughout the countertops and kitchen floor from removal or boards or light fixtures. Again, not readily identified until myself or 19 month old or 3 year old stepped on them!
I was left with the message that Rytech's job was to do what the insurance wanted, minimize cost, regardless of the hazard left in the home.
