They came out quickly. They were thorough in their work. They didn't leave until the job was completed. We were extremely satisfied with their work.

I think the drying process could have been completed much sooner if the contractor would have been more aggressive from the start by removing all wet carpet padding. This young man indicated he had to get approval from the insurance company. This should be the norm. This should have been a 2 person job, but only 1 man showed up. I had to help him move furniture and other items. This was poorly handled.

Ben explained the scope of work very well and executed the work in the time frame quoted. In addition, Ben was a pleasure to work with. The guys that responded were great! They put a lockbox on the door so that I didn't need to worry about when to be there. They came and did their thing and left. I had no worries at all about them being there.
