I couldn't be more pleased with the new roof and gutters that Roof Fanatics installed on my house. The workmanship, the attention to detail, the value for your money can't be beat. The crew arrived on time, finished on time, and left my yard completely free of debris. Rob, the owner, came himself to make a final sweep of my gardens (12'-15' deep along the front and one side of my house) - I haven't found a single nail. My house looks new and fresh, all due to Roof Fanatics!

Rob was very clear about his process and our options from the beginning. He uses quality materials that will hopefully last many years to come. He set expectations and met them and really went above and beyond to provide an easy installation process. Communication was easy via phone, email, and text. We had a few issues with rain delays, but he was flexible and we were able to still get the job done quickly. He was sure to send photos of the site as his team worked and even helped with a couple tasks like grabbing a package for me that was getting delivered during install. One neighbor messaged me about how impressed he was with the organization and helpfulness of the crew when he needed to get by the worksite, cleanup, etc. The roof looks great and Rob has continued to check in and make sure that everything is still going well. Overall a super smooth process and I would highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend Roof Fanatics. This was my first roof replacement and the project could not have gone more smoothly. The estimate was clear and very detailed, the material options were varied enough to provide me with plenty of choices and the installation process was explained in great detail. With replacing my roof during the winter, there were a few weather related issues to work around but communication was great during the scheduling process and we were fortunate to have a beautiful Spring-like day for the install. After the install, the clean up was amazing. The yard around the house looked cleaner than when the crew arrived. Extra care was taken to make sure that any errant material was recovered and disposed of. To reiterate, I would definitely recommend the Roof Fanatics Team.

I am so happy with this roof. I had three estimates before I met Robert of Rooffanatics. He was professional, knowledgable, honest and make me appreciate a real salesman that believed in his job and was willing to forgo the "Sales" talk and give me a thorough & truthfull estimate. He followed up on his time line and was available for the work and any questions I had. He said he was affiliated with Owens Corning and was proud to be that. I had a roof installed years ago and never had this kind of work ethic. I am so glad I met Robert and I would recommend him for a roof and when he does decide to do other work I am going to have him redo my deck!
