This roof replacement was my first experience of navigating the intricacies of overseeing the physical removal and replacement of shingles. In the past, I handled the paperwork and my husband saw to the installation. Tricia went way above and beyond merely helping me get my roof repaired in an efficient and timely manner. She patiently helped me understand the things I knew nothing about. She promptly answered my questions. She negotiated with my insurance company for the things I felt the adjuster overlooked. She reviewed my final bill with me with kindness and extreme patience.

I am unable to drive and Matt went out of his way to pick up my payments at my door.

There were many delays due to holiday scheduling to get the job completed. Furthermore I had some yard damage from a trailer running over my front yard. The tracks were filled with sand but have since washed away with the rain.

Quick estimates and can usually get started pretty quick but I’ve had two weird experiences now, one with an unhappy real estate client of mine, and one of my own jobs that wasn’t ideal.

Peace of mind is worth it. Easy company to work with. The consistency of communication and determination to do a good job was awesome. I was impressed with the professionalism, and felt heard.

Horrible craftsmanship by Mike and the Ortiz crew. Even worse customer service by Mike. Many problems with installation and time and time again Mike wanted to do the bare minimum to address. I wouldn’t ever recommend Mike and Ortiz crew from river city roofing for a roof job.

Salesman did not communicate well

Very unsatisfactory. We actually had to have the roof done twice.

Whoever River City Roofing hired to do the gutters didn't show up when they were supposed to, so it snowed, and all of our back gutters came crashing down off the house because they were full of ice. That pulled down all the flashing in the roof and gutter area, so that was a little tough. The roof job was great though.

What an exceptional company! Our entire roof had to be replaced and River City Roofing did a beautiful job. The initial inspection of our roof was thorough and problems with ventilation were identified and corrected with quality materials and professional skills. The crew worked so hard to finish our project before the rainy season started. They were friendly, courteous and completely trustworthy. This is an outstanding company.
