Quick estimates and can usually get started pretty quick but I’ve had two weird experiences now, one with an unhappy real estate client of mine, and one of my own jobs that wasn’t ideal.

Peace of mind is worth it. Easy company to work with. The consistency of communication and determination to do a good job was awesome. I was impressed with the professionalism, and felt heard.

Most of the time, I would recommend them. Everything ran as smoothly as I hoped.

What an exceptional company! Our entire roof had to be replaced and River City Roofing did a beautiful job. The initial inspection of our roof was thorough and problems with ventilation were identified and corrected with quality materials and professional skills. The crew worked so hard to finish our project before the rainy season started. They were friendly, courteous and completely trustworthy. This is an outstanding company.

Ian was very helpful from the begining, but when they project manager was to start work he lied about why the work was delayed! It took months and months to complete the work.

They did a great job, and were very responsive. They were quick, finishing a day early.

The roofing looks great and they addressed my concerns with future trips. I would have given them 5* but they did not clean all of the gutters. They also layed a metal ladder against our gutters and scratched the paint.

Work was done good, but management are bad. They have No communication and no specific plan. I ordered the job on January and finished the end of May.. I have to pay twice because they used cheap material for temporary roofing which tiered twice by the storm snd redone the temporary roofing. For I have to pay twice.

River City Roofing was very dependable. They were quick to contact me after a natural disaster wiped out my house and roof. I needed a new roof as soon as possible. They came out, gave me a quote, and the quote was exactly what I paid. I am very pleased with the quality of work. This was during the winter. Weather permitting, they were able to do the roof for us, and I am pleased with it.

The crew boss, Aurelio Andrade, did a really good job inspecting everything as they were doing it. He was here every day checking things to make sure there were no problems.

We hired River City but had subcontractor do work

The one thing I really liked about them was their high-quality communication.

The promises were made, and the promises failed.

We had our roof replaced at the end of 2022. We were told it would be a complete re sheet (all new plywood) and my husband was in our crawl space the other day and there were a couple sheets that were not replaced. After having some time after the holidays to look around in the attic we feel like they left quite a mess in our attic and on the patio and yard. They did do some clean up but we feel like they were not careful with keeping the things stored in our attic space protected.

Aurelio is awesome. The project was done faster than projected. It looked great and I am totally satisfied.

They did not get back in touch with me as soon as they said they would, and they didn't get everything done.

Few cleanup issues

A major quality that would compell me to recommend River City roofing to a friend is the upfront anlysis done prior to starting the job. Crawling thru the attics and inspecting the roof uncovered problem areas, thus revealed the costs associated to the project ( ie. Finding panels of plywood and facia boards needing replacement). Therefore I knew all the costs upfront and didnt need to deal with change orders mid-way thru the project. This was a key item for me.

I am not satisfied with my gutter. Willing to pay for what I want int it but didn't get it.
