Any interaction between myself and the corporate office over promised and under delivered. For instance, the salesperson said the project typically takes 1 day, 2 at the absolute max. Ours took 4. After finding out on the third day that the doors wouldn’t fit, they said someone would reach out with next steps. Two days later and no calls, I called myself. Getting updates on the doors proved challenging. Multiple calls and voicemails went unanswered and unreturned.

The personnel were efficient and worked without breaking for lunch. Job was

Ease of scheduling and updates via email and text

I appreciated the professionalism of the workers and the communication throughout the process.

The material for the walls are some short of engineered materials (they call it luxstone), not the 'tile'ist that have lines which are not as 'clean' and which may mold over time hence requiring maintenance.

Sales presentation was very explicit and honest in terms of the details. Installation took place within a relatively short time horizon which met our needs. The installation team was experienced and very efficient in the process. We are very satisfied with the early experience with the installation.

I wanted a water tight shower and I did not get one. The doors do not shut flush against the walls causing water to leak to the outside bottom rail and some onto the floor. I have been in many showers in my life and none of them had leaked. I am very dissatisfied.

Communication was extremely poor.....phone calls were not returned and we had to continually call back to find out the status of our shower. We ordered the shower on 1/3/25 and was not installed until 4/18/25. Updates would have gone a long way.
