Communication on how long job could take - standard temp on shower not explained and they need to come back and adjust as not hot enough - still tape or glue on floor where protective mats and difficult to remove. Some difficulty in talking with installers due to lack of English

To have a shower with no grout is a dream come true. Not only will it be so easy to clean, it looks very sleek.
I had a hard time finding out when the shower doors would be installed, I was always sent to a phone that was never answered nor was the message answered untill I was contacted by Mary Goosewilcher about 3 weeks after the install couldn't be completed till new shower doors were ordered . I called the office and the sales rep,. and the web site leaving message numerous time with no respoinse, VERY frustrating , they just needed to tell me how long it would be.
Aside from the financial error — where I was triple charged for the down payment on the same day I placed my order — I would like to address a few additional concerns. Upon completion of the installation, I provided a check for the remaining balance. I was not informed that my checking account would also be charged electronically while you retained the physical check.In addition, I noticed several issues with the installation quality:The door handle bars are misaligned.The shelf installed above the grab bar is misaligned. My bathroom door frame was damaged during installation.A floor tile next to the new shower was cracked.
They were on time and polite and did exactly what I needed done in my new walk in shower! I’m very short and all the installation was lower than they usually work with.

                Shower installation went well.. but I was left with shower without the glass doors… I paid total bill, holding back small amount for doors… company has ghosted me.. no one answers phones, no one gets back to you.,

The telephone number listed in the local paper which I used to contact you was a local area code (410) making appear to be a local contractor I would be dealing with. You are not a local contractor. This is false advertising.
Mr. Cannon salesman was very informative, friendly and knowledgeable about product. Oscar from Rite window and his crew were amazing. Very efficient answered all my questions and left area clean before they left. Finished in one day with great results.

Complete rebuilding of shower in 1 day

The installation team was superb. The quality of materials is superior.
The product is good. The installers were good. But there were some misunderstandings from the beginning on the dimensions of the shower. We were told we would gain 3" going from tub to shower and so we were encouraged to not go with a larger pan. This turned out to be false. Once the installers had installed the pan and showed us the mock up we discovered we didn't gain any width which was very important to us and we made that clear from the beginning. We are larger people and need the extra few inches of room. We were also encouraged not to move plumbing drain to the middle for a larger pan as well. Fortunately the installer mocked everything in place so I could see it after the pan was installed and I discovered we really needed the extra inches for comfort. This is a lot of money to pay for something that would be too tight of a space. He then got us in contact with the supervisor who let us know a wider pan was available with a center drain but we had to make a decision right then and we would owe an additional $1100 to make the change. Again a lot of money to add on to just get what I understood I had agreed to in the beginning. So I tried to reach the sales guy and manager for assistance but could not reach either quickly. Installer convinced me moving the drain to the middle was not a big deal and based upon seeing the area, I could understand why it wasnt.Went ahead and made decision to go with the wider as I had wanted to begin with. Continued trying to reach sales guy to address cost as I didn't think I should have to be responsible for all of it. Did get confirmation from sales guy late in day that they would cover $500 of the $1100. I do appreciate that, but it is a situation that should not have occurred or cost me extra money since these were specific questions I asked at the beginning. I have to be able to rely on the info I am getting at point of sale. Even with all the research I do, I can't know it all and you are supposed to be the experts.
