The crew that came to do the roof should have been fired after not getting it right the first time. I have pictures of the crappy job. They were here multiple times to fix what wasn't right! Once is understandable but more than that is not.
For the the cost of the job, asking for $1,000 for all the inconvenience we went through I don't think is asking a lot. For the lady that I talked to about the 1k I didn't appreciate her tone and defending the roofers like she did. Really, you could just write off the remaining balance of the garage door and call it good. I shouldn't have to discuss with her again or care to talk to her.
If I can't receive a check, I guess I will pay the balance of the garage door but WILL POST a bad review online and specific FB Page that I saw someone asking about roofers coming to the door and trusting them. Someone commented about results contracting being ok which I will say the opposite. I hate to do that to Mark as he was Great but I can't say that for the crew that did the roof and our whole experience on that.
