Not the quality home you would expect for the money you pay. Shop elsewhere this builder pushes you through and does not try and accommodate the buyer. When small requests were made like a change the answer is always no. The upgrade center is a one time by appointment only and you are given a favor to request a second visit at the design center to make important valuable decisions.
We would highly recommend Raymus Homes to anyone looking to purchase a new home. Their customer service, preferred loan officer Jerri, and quality homes can't be beat. They treat you like family. We've lived in Manteca our whole lives so of course we wanted to buy our forever home with a local builder that you know will take care of you. The customers service team communicated clearly with their customers and the building material is of high quality. Raymus Homes would've earned 5 stars if it wasn't for one mistake! There was one instance of miscommunication between their trade contractors. Someone forgot to install one pipe in the house, causing a small leak in the first floor ceiling. They had to replace the ceiling and piping before closing. To be fair, you can't tell there was a hole in the ceiling at some point. Apart from that, everything else was exceptional. If you're planning on purchasing a Raymus home, don't forget to get enough lighting and 110 outlets!
