The sales woman was so extremely nice and knowledgeable. She wasn't pushy and showed us everything we needed to know

Initial sales rep visit was not great, never sent me a proposal. They corrected that by sending a manager back to regather the info and provide a quote. The scheduling communications seemed a bit disconnected, and I feel there were not actual expectations of a timeline set. I had to reach out a couple weeks after I signed the contract to get some sense of when the actual install would take place.

My wife and I are really pleased with how our new shower turned out, and have shown it to our family and friends. It did take a little longer than we expected, 3days instead of 1-2, but it was worth the wait.

The in gone sales rep was very personable, down to earth & thorough & not pushy.

Since we had to upgrade, we asked for a tankless water heater but was discouraged to follow through with that type. We settled for a 50 gallon tank from Home Depot.

Quality of work is good/professional

The installation took one day. The men that did the installation were professional and courteous. My bathroom was cleaner when they left than when they started the job! I like Kohlers products and am satisfied with the job they did.

Whoever was the one who planned the job needs to be retrained . Had no idea the back panel wouldn’t fit without taking out the sink and toilet but didn’t tell the installers

Tub and shower conversion to just a walk in shower

To have the shower conversion done in one day is a real plus and especially with anyone that only has one shower/bath in their home. This was the main reason we went with Rite Windows and they did do it in one day which was so worth it. The work exceeded our expectations.

The group of technicians were very organized. The demolition of the previous shower and tub was done carefully. The installation of the 2 walkin showers done quickly.
The first day after the walkin shower conversion the group of technicians asked if they could demo the tub to get a head start on the second conversion to a walkin shower.

The installers were very professional and very careful about being respectful to us and our home. They cleaned up everything, took the tube, put traps down from the front door to the bathroom. They did a beautiful job installing our new walk in shower. I absolutely Love the shower.

From the very beginning, every step moved very smoothly and quickly. Colin, my salesperson was helpful with the purchasing process, the correspondence was clear and speedy, and the workers took great care as to not disturb anything in my home , protected everything in the work area and were very polite during my installation. We originally contracted with Home Care Solutions, but later found that Rite Window had taken over, which was confusing, given that we were doing a shower renovation. We would likely recommend, but think there is a branding issue that needs to be addressed.

Front end (sales and arranging for installation) was not well coordinated. Numerous false starts and problems with site assessment. On the other hand, installation crew was first rate.

The price is quite high. The product is good.
