The completed shower does look very good.

We originally contracted with Home Care Solutions, but later found that Rite Window had taken over, which was confusing, given that we were doing a shower renovation. We would likely recommend, but think there is a branding issue that needs to be addressed.

We could in good faith recommend your company as a representative of Kohler products and services to a friend because we would have not idea as to the quality of installers that would show up at their door.

Front end (sales and arranging for installation) was not well coordinated. Numerous false starts and problems with site assessment. On the other hand, installation crew was first rate.

The price is quite high. The product is good.

The whole process was seamless. The day Bob came to our house to finishing this job, everything was great.

I find it very disappointing that I spent 20k on just a tub and no one can come back to throw on a second coat of mud and paint. Now I have an unfinished project, at that price I feel I should have been better informed and left with zero loose ends.

This team has customer service down to a science! The in-home sales consultant, schedulers and installers were extremely courteous and professional. The installers did a fabulous job and kept everything neat and tidy. We love our new shower!

$18,000 for a shower! Really!

The new shower is one of the best renovation investments that I have made. I went from that small tub/shower surround to a shower-only oasis. I expanded it to a 36-inch base and the roominess is awesome. The Luxstone walls are solid, non-plasticky, unlike acrylic walls. The water repels right off of them and there is no grout or wall caulking to deal with. It was pricey but the quality and the shower experience are well worth it. The installation team was very professional and took care to keep the house clean and damage free.

Everything went according to plan. We especially liked our installer Brian. He was professional, knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job.

Jimmy, our salesperson took time to explain things to us and helped us design our shower. Two days after he ordered the supplies for our shower my husband was in the hospital for emergency heart surgery. I sent Jimmy a text asking if we could put a hold on the order until I knew if we would need a roll-in shower vs a walk-in shower. He did that for us. It was no problem. He kept in touch with me and let me know that he was there for us if we needed anything.

Carlos and Miguel (our install team) really cared about our situation and included us in decisions about placement of shower sprayers, soap dishes, grab bars etc. When I took my first shower everything was just where it should be for safety and ease of use.

From start to finish everyone that entered our home was professional, knowledgeable, hardworking and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for us.
