Very professional and the process of very simple.

Flooring was not what was promised
It is very slippery for me (88 year old) and husband who is 87
The seems in the corners are not sealed
There are gaps that I am not happy with

This shower was way overpriced. The kohler people would not allow me to cancel so i ended up spending an insane amount of money on just a shower. The salesman wasn’t truthful and i would never recommend this. The actual workers were terrific.

Rite Window did an exceptional job from the beginning of our project until the very end. We couldn’t be more pleased with our gorgeous shower.

The installation team was very good. They know what to do but ensured we were involved in the entire process, confirming that material was installed per our expectation. They paid close attention to detail. I would highly recommend for LuxStone shower installation.

Quality Service

Over $20,500 for just a shower. It’s beautiful, but I would expect to pay that for the entire bathroom. Disappointed that I have to hire another contractor to do the rest of the bathroom. They just do the “wet” part. I’m sorry, isn’t it all wet? Toilet and sink. No communication. I put $6000 down and was told someone would call me the following day to confirm. 2 weeks later I said no one called me. 3 weeks in I said I wanted my deposit back because no one called. Got a phone call next day. My supplies are in and they can start the installation process. A miracle. I loved the contractors who came to work. Jared and Megan did an amazing job. I would not recommend this company. My husband died 3 months before I started this project. I was very emotional and vulnerable. Shame on me. Lesson learned the hard way.
