I was very pleased with the time that the representative took to address my concerns, evaluate my living situation, and give me information.

Timely response in remediation helped from further damage occuring.

They worked hard to get everything right - they went above and beyond. Everyone communicated well, all the people I came into contact with were extremely friendly, helpful and kind. And everyday, after they left work, everything was cleaned up and my place was put back into as good a shape as they could do while work was still in progress.

They've done excellent work, s great cleanup, and are very professional. I've really enjoyed having them here, everybody from Steven who does the estimate down to all the workers who were here to do the job.

They did a good job. I'm just a little picky. I know they don't have that much help. They did ok for what they had to work with.

I have never needed any major work or services on any home before like I needed with this emergency project. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and completely understanding about my semi-complicated situation. Every question I had, every message I had to deliver and be the go-between for, every detail I had to bring up... it was all met with professionalism and patience. I was never made to feel stupid or less than, or even like I was being "too much," no matter how ridiculous my questions or concerns were. No one ever wants to deal with an emergency situation in their home, and I just really appreciated having your team on my side. Thanks for helping me get my home back in order and safe for my kids!

Water damage is traumatic on several levels. Palm Industries responded immediately to the need for mitigation. They did an excellent job to remove the debris and to completely dry the moisture in the house. I cannot express my gratitude enough that they also are licensed for the
construction and repair of your home. This is a rare package in a company. The work was done by experienced craftsmen . All levels of management have been easily available and responsive to our questions. We are also very happy with the results of the repair. Our home looks better than ever.

When my tenant said he suspected black mold in the apartment I called Palm Industries immediately, Their technician, Steve, showed up only 3 hours later and did an Air Quality/ Mold test. Steve was very courteous and professional. When the test results came back, he called me to tell me it wasn’t black mold but some unfriendly spore growth caused buy excess humidity. He recommended I get a dehumidifier. I highly recommend them.

The supervisor, Caleb, was exceptional and fantastic. He called to let me know of time changes and updates and helped me pick out the flooring. Also, the installation crew was very professional, and I only have the highest regard for all of them.

I would definitely recommend Palm Industries. I did not exaggerate in giving them 5 stars in all categories!
