The owner was difficult to get information from. The owner did not do everything that was in the information that was in Ozark Remodeling and Design brochure.

All work was done with the utmost care. and they cleaned up afterward!!

I have already recommended this company to two different friends. I would continue to recommend them as we are so pleased with the professionalism, communication, and quality of work in our bathroom remodel.

Problem Resolution - The subcontractor who did the ceiling patch didn’t do a very good job. Aaron saw it and had someone else come in and redo the entire ceiling. It looks amazing now.

Aaron provides a very detailed quote on the project so you know what to expect with regard to what Ozarks is doing versus what the customer needs to do. They keep the job site clean and are respectful of our home. They always let you know when they are done for the day, and when they will be back. The final outcome of the project is beautiful.
