Aaron and his employees are a quality group that did an amazing job of remodeling our master bathroom!

Would not wish others to share our experience with Ozarks. Aaron is a good guy with good integrity, but he cannot manage well, does not plan well, and does not seem to care as much as customers would like when issues arise from his employees or subcontractors, or from a lack of planning. He will say it is "on me" but that does not fix, or better yet, prevent the problem. When a project costs, in total, well over $140,000 there is an expectation that the general contractor will want to please the customer and provide high quality management of that project for a high-quality outcome, especially when there are specifically enumerated charges for that management.

Respectful - Kyle and Levi were very considerate about looking after the house and where they stored tools and machinery. Good character was demonstrated by these two younger men while onsite.

Design

Design - Design work, completed by Brooke, which is billed separately from and in addition to, the actual project work, was good. The final work product - pictures, renderings and schematics are very helpful and seem to be top of class. Brooke is very helpful and a delight to work with.

Remodeling includes many unexpected problems. I am grateful I had Ozark's Remodeling to guide me through the process and address various situations along the way.

The owner was difficult to get information from. The owner did not do everything that was in the information that was in Ozark Remodeling and Design brochure.

All work was done with the utmost care. and they cleaned up afterward!!

Problem Resolution - The subcontractor who did the ceiling patch didn’t do a very good job. Aaron saw it and had someone else come in and redo the entire ceiling. It looks amazing now.

Aaron provides a very detailed quote on the project so you know what to expect with regard to what Ozarks is doing versus what the customer needs to do. They keep the job site clean and are respectful of our home. They always let you know when they are done for the day, and when they will be back. The final outcome of the project is beautiful.
