I do think they did an excellent job. They did it all in one day. The workers worked so hard. I personally love the work they did. They were neat and clean. They cleaned everything up and were very nice.
I feel they were honest when they discovered water damage.

Nu look had communication problem, before the job contacting Customer Service. This was followed by Project Manager last minute change, that left me with no phone contact number. Job work day was glitched up most of the day, with crew self-splitting apart and part of the crew showing up much later in the day.
I like them the moment we were introduced. They were determined to find out what I needed first instead of just selling me a product. Also, they worked really well with me and my insurance.
For the overall price experience and assistance with getting reasonable financing.

As stated in a letter to the company, I am very dissatisfied with the company's work. They didn't in fact "complete" the work in one day as your commercial promised but once it rained (the very next few days), it rained more inside my house than it ever has before the roof was "installed." Dealing with them has been a nightmare.

It was very easy and convenient. I liked the sales experience because they came with a mask on and we did it outside, so they were respectful of the pandemic and the safety of my family. The work was great and it was completed in 1 day. The follow-up where the manager came and inspected everything and answered all of my questions was great.
The communication wasn't good. The communication was poor in the beginning. The job did not seem to be complete and I am still having problems.

Our estimator Henry was amazing. It was a great experience. Without Henry, I do not think we would have gotten everything covered by our insurance. Henry at Nu Look Home Design is the bomb. The work was a little pricey but great job.
