From the onset of my phone call to Nu Look from the customer service salesperson Henry to the telephone person that contacted me down to the project manager, Zack, everyone was phenomenal. They were all attentive and provided great service.
Great communications among project staff, on-site staff and admin staff. Customer questions are encouraged and answered promptly. Project Installation was on-time. Any project adjustments are quickly addressed.

The materials are quality. The employees are not. We were promised one thing and paid the higher price tag and could have gotten similar results hiring anyone off the street.
I need a few months to see the impact on our heating bill, then I'll be more likely to recommend. Plus they are expensive.
We are still having leaks into the living areas of the house. A person came by today to try to address that issue. We are disappointed at the moment, but hopeful that he was able to find and seal the leaks. We will know the next time we have a heavy rainstorm. By March, I should know if our attitude is improved.

Nu look had communication problem, before the job contacting Customer Service. This was followed by Project Manager last minute change, that left me with no phone contact number. Job work day was glitched up most of the day, with crew self-splitting apart and part of the crew showing up much later in the day.
I like them the moment we were introduced. They were determined to find out what I needed first instead of just selling me a product. Also, they worked really well with me and my insurance.
For the overall price experience and assistance with getting reasonable financing.
