The NOW team were good but did not mention that they subcontract the work, their subcontractor was below standard.
This initial installer that measured the windows was fired by NOW before he showed up to install them. The replacement installer's work was satisfactory, but not what I would call "Excellent" - the caulking job was below average. The project manager finally came over and redid the caulking job and it is much better, going beyond "Good" to "Excellent", bordering on "Fabulous". I would be much more impressed with NOW if I had gotten the final finish job from the get-go. I would recommend NOW to a friend, but with some caveats. One of them is to make sure that Bryan Barrett is the PM and the one to come and inspect the final work. If it wasn't for Bryan re-doing the caulk job, I would not recommend contracting with NOW. Bryan fixed what would have been an average installation - and one that every time I would look at it I would be disappointed - and made it stellar.

We had a good customer experience. The installers we very receptive to our questions and made it easy for us to understand what they were doing.
Overall I am extremely satisfied with the product, timeliness, and professionalism with which our roof installation was handled and performed. The reasons why our roof was being replaced was very complicated and having a quick response with a great quality product helped immensely.
My roofer was very conscientious & took time to explain things to me & always asked what I preferred when there was more that one good way to take care of any problems he found.

Quality Of Materials - The roof looks great and the customer service from Rick Brasmer and Owens Corning warranty are greatly appeciated.
Areas Of Satisfaction - For me the key was Rick Brasmer. He took the time needed to explain the process of installation, the quality festures of the Owens Cirning roofing system, and was always personable and knowledgeable in responding to my various questions and follow ups. I would be remiss in not complimenting the crew that did the actual work. I like to watch projects being done and was very impressed with the efficiency and teamwork of the crew that came to our house.
Universal Windows Direct damaged stuff on my house and they will not come back and fix it. When they'd come back, they just carve a bit of caulk together. They said they ripped the siding off so they put it together with siding of the same colors and they tried to paint it and it looks like crap. The roof looks great but the rest of it and their professionalism as far as everything else is poor.

Universal Windows Direct of Spokane provided an exceptional product for the value. Although a few things needed to be modified, the team was quite willing to handle the necessary actions to make things right. In communication with the installation staff, they were more than polite to consider the homeowner's consideration. Overall it was an enjoyable experience.
IN ADDITION TO NOT COMPLETING MY ROOFING ON TIME, THEIR CREW ON A LADDER FELL THROUGH MY FRONT WINDOWS AND BROKE MY DOUBLE PAYNE GAS GLASS AND TORE MY VENITIAN BLINDS IN TWO. IT TOOK FOUR MONTHS FOR THEM TO CONTRACT MY REPLACEMENT WINDOWS AND FRAMES AND HAVE AS YET NOT OFFERED TO REPLACE MY TORN BLNDS.
The workmanship and quality was beyond what I expected! The installers went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected!

They did a great job. They were here on time, cleaned up at the end of the day and they finished about a half a day early. We have had lots of people stop by and ask who did our roof. It looks great.
