Very positive experience overall. I would highly recommend the team and the product. The installation team did a fantastic job. They showed up early and finished in less than one day. They put drop-cloths down on my stairs even after I told them not to worry about the stairs because the carpet was being replaced. I think they might have left my house cleaner than they found it!

This is a hard one to answer. Though the final product is very nice it is not pleasant to have to complain as I did.

Windows had a defect requiring another
Visit by Rite Window.
Also thought installers needed more help.
They worked including travel a 12 plus hour day. Not a great way to take care of staff.
I know they are independent installers.

The installers were great! Professional and courteous! Left my house spotless. They did a fantastic install and answered all my questions. Arrived at 7 am and done by 1:30. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the whole experience.

Our overall experience was excellent! We are very pleased with our new walk in tub! I can now get my special needs daughter safely in the tub and it also has a handheld shower. The installation team team was excellent and very friendly.

The installer was great, very knowledgeable about installing windows and did a wonderful job. It was very hot that day (around 100 degrees) and he carried on with his job as if it was a comfortable 70 degree environment.

The install crew did an outstanding job in some extreme heat conditions.

Every individual that we had contact with from the company was friendly and helpful.

During the presentation, I explained my design expectations. They were profoundly promised. The installers completely ignored my comments as they were installing the shower.
