Very expensive, finished product needed more work than expected

We have had 3 installs with Rite window because we have been so happy with them. What started out as windows, expanded to sliders and that expanded to sunroom windows. Any concerns after installation were promptly resolved. The support staff, sales and supervisors were always upfront and immensely helpful.

The installers got here in the morning and finished by 5:30 in the evening and all was reasonably clean

The installation team were great, friendly, polite. When I got a call asking how it all went, had one small hiccup which was the shower door was on the wrong side and the manager on the phone that called me was great and wonderful. He saw my problem and found me a solution. They came fast with the handle bar to put on the door so we can shower on that side and not the side that we have blocked. Then a couple weeks ago heard a bang in the shower, ended up being this small screw. I called and very quick they got someone out here to check it out and fix it. Still til this day though we don't know where the screw came from as all of the screws were in the shelves still and the handle bars but he tightened them all that seemed loose and was on his way. I 100% recommend anyone to this company, fast reliable, and friendly, professional manner. And I love that this is lifetime warranty, it just feels great knowing there is an amazing team that gets it done right and quick. Definitely worth the purchase, thank you so much my mom & I love our shower! So much better than stepping over an 18 inch bath tub.

That everyone wanted to be sure I was happy with the process and outcome. I felt like a valued customer. It’s an expensive home improvement so it’s nice to receive quality in product and customer service.

There was a great lack of communications. After two months wanted an update on my order. When I called a got a call center and asked to speak with someone from Rite window and they couldn't connect me. I called later and left phone messages and got no response, sent text message to Justin indicating I wanted to cancel order on Sept 4th, no response I did attempt and another call and spoke to a different service manager and wanted my order cancelled and said ok like it was no big deal. At the time I felt the whole mess was a scam and I lost my $5000.00 deposit and Rite Window was a failing company. I worked in the service industry over thirty years and would not tolerate treating customers this way, all I wanted was an honest update. When I spoke to Luis after wanting to cancel the order he contacted the home office and got back to me within one hour and explained that Rite Window changed to a new supplier and the old supplier was not responding. Eventually Rite Window got a delivery date. If all this had been explained in the beginning I would have been ok with the delay. With all honesty I would be hard pressed to recommend Rite Window to anyone. I purchased five windows from Rite window two years ago and had a great experience, the company has gone down hill in my opinion. I don't want this negative review to effect the installation crew I thought they were great.

The installers did a good install and were very neat and clean before during and after.

The salesman, installer and all aspects of the purchase in between were conducted efficiently and professionally.

I submitted an online request for service two weeks ago and have not been contacted yet.

The process was very smooth. The communication was excellent. Everything happened exactly when it was supposed to happen and the installation went very well. My installers to the great job.

It was an overall great experience. Steve Criner and Alyssa were great. Installers Anderson Souza and Nick were prompt, friendly and skilled. They were awesome.

Very professional

The Rite Window Team kept communications of all stages of the project to client on a timely basis. The arrival of the installers was on time. The installers, Raddison and Dalisson were professional and personable. They got right to work on prepping the work area--drop cloths down to protect the flooring in my home and starting the process of removing the old tub/shower. They are organized and methodical in every stage of the installation process and work well together. They asked questions as needed of the homeowner. When the installation was complete, the work area was left very clean. Also, they asked me for some touch up paint for two small spots on my wall which I luckily had, and this impressed me.

Parts were not available and space was not measured correctly so had to wait for correct size item and accept substituted parts
