From the initial meeting to final installation everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable

Troy, Brian and the installers we vary helpful and explained everything as they went.

What we were told and what actually happened were two different things.

Installers were amazing. Very polite, neat, and did fantastic work.

The installers who did our tub conversion could not have been more professional. They were meticulous in preparing the workspace and most respectful of our home. They worked as a well coordinated team throughout the process and did a perfect job of installing our new shower. They repeatedly asked for our input as to how high or where we wanted grab bars, seat, niche etc. located When they left you would never know that they had been there were it don’t for the beautiful piece of work they left behind.

Arrived on time. Very professional and courteous.

Crew arrived on time, was courteous and explained what they were going to do. The did cover the area with their cloths and cleaned up after. They asked about location of shampoo nook, bench and safety bar. Did not ask about location of upper shower head. It was placed extremely high. I cannot reach it without a step stool to adjust the flow settings. The trim is also not as secure looking as I expected. I expected it to sit flush with the panels but it is raised in places which makes me worry about mold and mildew. The shower doors are great as are the new panels on the wall and ceiling. We find the space feels much more open and are liking the new shower.

All, in all, the shower is very nice looking and functional. My issues are with communication throughout the process. All were certainly courteous and professional. However, all messages did not line up and I would have done a few things differently if I had the same messaging all through the process.

The job wasn’t finished

Everything went well. It's been two weeks now and nobody from rite window has contacted me to see if i had any issues with my installation.

They were good to work with,but I'm not sure if i got a complete installation. Not happy how my sliding door was left and the outside trim around the windows.

They were very professional from the onset. It was no high pressure easy to work with. The salesperson was on time and was very engaging. We were not home for the installation team but our daughter was and they seem to do their job very well

A very neat and clean installation.

Only took a couple weeks from ordering to installation, which took 7 hours, water was off for only 2 (which I appreciated). Installer checked with us about where we wanted all the grab bars, shower heads, floating shelf and seat. Good communication all around.

Very pleased with the whole process from start to finish. Was amazed at how quickly the installation was done with little upheaval or mess to the room. The gentleman that installed the windows was wonderful not only was he professional but very friendly.

The sales person, Steve and the installer, Ricardo were both very personable, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The end product is magnificent.

Great experience! Luis was the Product Specialist who originally stopped by to discuss options. No pressure sales, very pleasant, informative, professional. Brian stopped over a few days later to take measurements. Once again efficient, personable, and professional. Quentin and Charlie were my installers for the day. I can’t say enough good things about these two. Right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. They’re a great team who went above and beyond. Under promise and over deliver sums these two up for me. They replaced 11 windows and fixed more things than I had known were problems. Even replacing an extra window sill slightly outside the job scope, preventing further issues I was bound to have down the road. I won’t hesitate to call Rite Window when I’m ready to have more work done, fingers crossed Quentin and Charlie will be my installers for that job too!

Claude and Renato did an exceptional job. They were professional, respectful of our home and extremely knowledgeable. Absolutely would recommend this extraordinary team!
