I think their product is better than most out there and the warranty is what sold us.

Very expensive

The installer and plumber very helpful they did a great job especially the plumber. He answered questions l had about another project that was able to be corrected.

Every aspect of our install was professional and satisfying.

They were quick to meet with us, walk us through their products and give us a quote.

From our sale rep to our installer and the inspection guy,they all did amazing. Everyone in the Mad City company was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Mad City to family and friends.

We had a couple issues with the install, but once they were discussed with the service manager they were prompt to inspect the issues and make them right!!! They actually went above and beyond what needed to be done to insure that we were happy!!!

I did recommend to a friend in which the friend did accept their bath to be updated by Mad City as well.
