Our house was left kind of mess-we had a pipe that had been messed, was dripping, and flooded about 1/4 our basement. We got it figured out and managed to dry things out, which was good as no one was answering calls on a Friday evening when our install was done. We ended up having to deep clean and paint our bathroom, as there was grit and dirt everywhere. Some of it would clean off, some wouldn’t (hence the painting). We expected some clean up after, as it’s a big project, but this was a lot, and certainly more than we were led to believe would occur.

The job was done on time and the men that did the work were excellent.

the whole installation process took just one day. we were always kept in the loop. The two installers were great to work with. Mid City has been in touch with us several times to make sure we were satisfied with everything.

-This shower has potential to be a beautiful addition. However, several things were left undone, and no feedback as to when a resolution will happen after the initial call after install. The crew did not show up for the agreed upon date to address the issues, and no one has contacted me at all to even change it. All I want is a useable SAFE shower these issues could all be fixed and my rating will go up because I am not disappointed with the overall structure itself

Your representative showed me samples of everything including shower seats. I added additional items to the shower project and I couldn’t ask for better workmanship.

The installer arrived early within the time frame given. He completed the install quickly, and cleaned up the work area.

all work was done only after we had a clear understanding of why and what was being done. we hardly noticed the people coming and going but no ones presence there was a surprise. cleanup and removal of demolished things was done in excellent fashion

I was very pleased with Pete the installer. He did a fantastic job and cleaned up after himself. My only complaint is when they measured for the new shower they did not tell me the grand bar across from the toilet would have to be moved. This is a necessity for my mom. Pete was very kind and we talked about different options. My mom, 97 yrs old, was not happy with the situation. When she took a shower for the first time she struggled a lot more. Not having her grab bar across from the toilet, which was very near the shower, is definitely a problem.

I wanted a lower tub side to make it easier to get in and out and textured flooring to stand on to not slip with a nice shower head that doesn't leak from a company I could trust but not necessarily the over the top high end materials and cost for a little ranch home

The guys they installed were great!!! The salesman lied to us about having water behind the shower he also said if we didnt sign it right away it would be a lot more if we called back then made us sign so we couldn’t change our minds. I wouldn’t want people to know what we did. Again the guys that installed were wonderful!!!
