So far we're happy. However I prefer to wait a month or so to be able to answer all the questions.

The quality of the install was very poor. We had a tub shower installed and the installers left my water off to my whole house, broke the light switch and broke a cabinet off the wall, left a pile of rubble and debris, only halfway caulked several places and missed several places altogether, and did not even try the shower because the showerhead was spraying everywhere. You would have thought the install was done on a Friday when everyone was trying to start the weekend early - not on a Monday when rushing mad no sense.

This is the second time we’ve used Mad City for a purchase and installment. First was a new walk-in shower 2 years ago. Love our shower. They did a great job with the installment. It was quite the undertaking with removal of titled walls and a very large jetted tub. But completed the task in a day and a half. They just completed a second installment for us. It was a large picture window in our living room that was over 30 years old which was well over due for replacement. Also had them replaced e a smaller window in the dining room that wasn’t sealed well allowing water to leak into the surrounding structure. What a nice improvement both windows made to the appearance to our home, especially the front of our house. I think it took them only around 5 1/2 hours to complete. Quality of their work excellent in every way. Very professional and knowledgeable at what they do. I highly recommend Mad City for home improvements.

The instalation went will. But now I'm on my second request for service as now it is leaking on the hinged side of the door. It's been in for three weeks and I've only got ro use it once.

We were quite happy with the short time it took to transform our cabinets. The install team came with everything they needed and went right to work. They listened to our feedback and tried their best to answer our questions and accommodate us. They would be welcome back any time.
