The worker "Gilbert" was amazing, high quality, and he did a fantastic job. We couldn't be happier with our new Bath remodel. He worked with me really well as I didn't want conduit pipe running on the outside of my house. He opened up a couple holes in the garage ceiling and ran the electrical their instead, even though it may have been a little more work/no charge. He patched it all up for me as well, etc.
Everything was of high quality including the materials used. He did other little construction things per my request while working the job.
We couldn't be happier and the Life Warrantee makes me feel really good. The jetted tub is so great! Me and the wife use it all the time now.
I wish the jets were a little stronger, but I'm also comparing it to our former Hot Tub that the rats made a junk pile of.

Andrew, the sales rep came to the house (unlike a competitor that only did an online consultation) and spent time getting to know us and our needs (unlike a different competitor who spent a maximum of 15 minutes). The material selection was easy: enough variety was available but not so much as to be .overwhelming. At several points Andrew made recommendations that helped us stay on budget and on plan. When the team showed up for the installation, it was done quickly and neatly. Edwardo and his team were happy to explain what they doing and answer questions. They were done in five days, left zero mess, and did a beautiful job. When it is time to do the next bathroom, I will definitely use Luxury Bath again.
