The quality of the home is impressive. Getting ahold of someone when we have any issues is fantastic.
The home is well built. Also, they use good appliances that we are enjoying every day. We are very satisfied with the quality of work.
Because of COVID-19 my warranty repairs were not completed as scheduled. I don’t feel it is appropriate to submit a survey response at this time. Please consider resending the survey in June or July.
I have been very happy with my purchasing process.
This is hard to answer due to Coronavirus. We gave over $14,000 and the next day Interra shut down. I think communication through this process has been poor. I don't think as the customer paying that kind of money should be reaching out asking what is going on and time frame. We are now suppose to move in 4 months later than originally told.
Been waiting for repairs since we moved in.
excellent to work with throught the whole process
Great experience with good quality and pricing.
We are in the building stage of the process. Everything has gone smooth up to this point. We get great communication from our Superintendent . Interra has an online system where you can live track the process and look at all your plans which is really nice.
Our house is built with excellent quality, however there are a few communication issues that have happened in the build process, warranty process and the HOA rules in our neighborhood.
I have to my neighbor at my previous location is moving next to me at the Condo location.
They make a very good house. It is warm and well built.
There was a section of paint on the exterior of our home that I had to contact about after we moved in. Nobody came to fix it so I had to reach out a second time, and even then it took a few weeks. Our bedroom above the garage is freezing at night now with the colder temps. We assumed there would be enough insulation to prevent heat loss, but it is really disappointing. Our countertops are VERY difficult to keep maintained. I wish someone would have explained how delicate those would be to scratches and discoloring. Also- my children and myself have cut our feet on the carpet nails that were not hammered in. To the point of bleeding. I asked warrenty to come take a look and he spent about 15 min hammering in a few on the stairs but I should not be afraid for me or my children to walk on the floors because a nail will impale their feet. Also super unhappy that now we need to have a new contractor out to look at further insulating our upstairs bedroom because of the heat loss in a brand new home.
Interra Homes has good quality.
They are good builders, they finish the work on time, and they always attend the service calls.
We've now spent an entire year in our home, and we have been pleasantly surprised at the lack of issues with our new construction. The heating bills were about 50% lower than I anticipated during the winter, which was fantastic. I'm very happy with all of the upgrades that we chose, and even with the changes we made, our house was a better deal than buying an existing house in the same price range.
We were worried that the paint would be an inferior quality, but it has held up exceptionally well to our clumsiness and cleaning.
I'm really impressed with the overall quality of our home. I was worried that the base level of everything would be inferior to purposely drive us into purchasing upgrades, but that was not the case. Interra makes quality homes with integrity. I've been recommending Interra to several of my friends who are contemplating moving--the only problem is that our neighborhood is already done! If Summerbrooke Estates will be expanded in the future, I know two separate families who would immediately be interested.
Nice looking homes. High quality Traine heating and cooling system. Basement drainage/ sump pump system brings peace of mind about basement water issues.
The Design Studio was a perfect size and had the right amount of things to choose from in their selection.
The home is quality built!
Quality work and quality integrity.
Ive never experienced anything like Interra before! This is wonderful!
We have purchased a high quality home from Interra Homes in the summer of 2018. After one year the house and the quality of the workmanship has been very good.
I am not impressed with the quality of materials used to build.
We had a clog in our kitchen sink and when we tried to run the garbage disposal to help it clear the vent did not function correctly and the water gushed through the pipes under the sink. This flooded and ruined our kitchen floor and leaked into our lower level. Interra said because it had passed code they would not cover it - even though vent was defective according to plumber and Insinkerator said the disposal did not create water pressure. Interra quit communicating with us after initial contact. For items that were covered under warranty they scheduled appts without consulting us. We have not had these small items fixed and it has been almost 2 weeks since the visit.
Great quality! Innovative design! great communication! Easy to work with! We are super satisfied!
The attention to detail as well as the final inspection (cleaning, items to be repaired, etc) are below the published standards.
GuildQuality partners with it's member companies to survey their customers and collect detailed feedback on their behalf. By administrating surveys as an unbiased third party we ensure that customers have the oppurtunity to express their true feelings about a project and that members get the most accurate and detailed feedback possible.
When a survey contains the "Review" question, that customer's answer will show up on the member's profile page as a public review. Members have the option to turn off reviews but cannot hide individual reviews. It's all or nothing. This means that any reviews you see on a GuildQuality profile page are real comments left by the customer and verified by GuildQuality.
Each item listed under "Customer satisfaction" represents a specific question asked by GuildQuality to customers of Interra Homes LLC as part of our survey process. The bar graph and percentage next to the question stand for the percentage of respondents that were "Satisfied" about that particular question.
A customer is considered satisfied about about a question if they answered with 4 or more stars out of 5. For example if the "Communication" question is at 95% satisfaction that means that 95% of survey respondents answered that question with 4 or more stars out of 5 possible stars.More about surveys
