Had a roof repair needed. I was sure I would hear I needed a new roof, as it is coming on 20 years. On inspection, I was told over all it was in good shape with a few small issues. Guardian will be my first call from now on with any issues.

I really like the work Guardian did repairing my roof. Like that they do all sorts of repairs - from shingles to roof vents and more. They fall a little short on communication and cleanup after the job, but I would still recommend them if you have work you need done on your roof.

They have excellent customer service. The installers were excellent and did a good job cleaning up. They explained the process to me and were nice and respectful.
I . told what steps the project would be to completion. Only half of that work was completed. when I spoke to my salesman, he promised to find out why it wasn't finished and when they would return to complete it. After one week I have not heard a word.

Guardian team showed up on time daily and worked long days. This was a major repair job vs a full roofing job. Had to correct separate tied in roofs incorrect slope which caused pooling until failure as well as incorrect sealing of vented areas that contributed or were verging on causing other failures. Lots of detailed pictures of before as well as after.
Guardian Roofing needs to work on their communication and expectation setting when selling a roof and starting a new project. Personally, I would NOT recommend using guardian if there is any complexity to your project or if you expect to be treated like a valued customer. I think that my roof was installed fine - thats not actually a hard thing to do, so if you want a simple roof replacement, i'm sure they are fine to hire. I was sold a roof +window install under a timeline that was not actually possible, and was not made aware of the actual expected completion date until there was a hole in my roof open to my bedroom. Once there was a hole in my roof, I was stuck for 3 weeks exposed to the wind/rain with only Tar paper as a barrier. Apparently the company fired the salesman shortly after my project started, but I was not made aware of this and my expectations on when the project would be complete were not managed effectively. The Guardian team was not communicative and didn't respond to my direct request for updates as the project continued to get delayed. I have yet to see images from the project completion so I am not even able to confirm that the roof looks like it has been installed correctly. If you have a simple roofing project, you might be fine using Guardian, but otherwise, I would look elsewhere

Good service. Thorough analysis of the work and they kept me informed. Would be fantastic if they did the closing of the job much like they started. If they would show before and after that would be great. None the less, they are very professional.
We have been using them for 5 years and we have always had good service with them.
To get through inspection to sell their house, my parents needed to have a new ridge cap installed. They had a few quotes done and I recommended we get a bid from Guardian also because of their great reputation. We expected the estimate to be higher than other bids, but it was actually less. So because of the reputation and price, we chose Guardian. The communication by email, text and following the work was very professional. And the work far exceeded our expectations and also the inspector that had to sign off on the work to approve the sale of my parent's house. I've recommended Guardian in the past to friends and after using them on this project, will surely continue to do so.
