Best roofing experience I could have had. Crew arrived just before sunrise and got set up so at first light they could get started. They worked hard all day and were finished and cleaned up before the end of the day. Arthur worked well with the insurance company and kept me informed of all the details. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I was so satisfied with Grip Top. Joe was so knowledgeable and prepared with many options for me. He dealt with everything. It was such an easy, painless process. The work was completed quick and with very little disturbance. They were in and out so fast and left my property so clean while they worked and when they left. Joe recently came out to check roof that was replaced 3 yrs ago. He was patient and came out on two different occasions. I was convinced that the leak was coming from the roof. He ultimately discovered that the leak was not roof related. He was so patient and kind throughout this process. Which shows he truly stands behind their restorations, making the customers' needs his top priority. I would highly recommend this company!

Joe and the crew at Grip Top Restoration are excellent!! I needed a new roof in order to install solar panels before the 30% tax credit ran out the following week. Joe explained all of the options and uses nothing but high-quality products. His team was extremely efficient and organized. In a few days we had a brand new roof, and all traces that they were there were completely gone. Extremely high marks for quality, efficiency, and cleanliness. Totally satisfied!! Highly recommended!!

Once the error was identified, they contacted me immediately and said they would make it right and repaint it. I paid nothing until everything was done and they were sure I was happy.

No business with this many "moving parts" can be perfect 100% of the time, but Griptop came close. Personal, professional, accountable are the adjectives here. Sure, their crew (and the weather) were not as perfect as Joe and Amy, but this is roofing, people! Difficult, messy, and time-consuming. I challenge you to find a better company!

Joe gave a great presentation and spent many hours helping us along with choices, prices and handling the insurance claim. He was patient and attentive. Although their were some frustrating issues with the roofing crew, these can be mitigated by clear communication from GripTop as to what the customer expects and what level of professionalism the roofing crew should demonstrate. I also requested gutters and the contractors that did this work were excellent and professional. I would recommend GripTop to anyone needing their services.

They were very good, on time and even here before daylight trying to figure out what needed to be done and how. At the sight of daylight, they were on the roof working and bringing it up to code and did everything very fast. Joseph was great.

I recommend Grip Top Restoration for your roofing needs. They replaced our roof in a timely, cost effective manner. We did have some issues with the installation crew. They worked too fast during the install to try and beat the rain. This caused some minor damage to our gutters and fascia. The leadership team at Grip Top responded swiftly, making the necessary repairs and communicating timelines every step of the way. A severe storm with golf ball and larger hail hit our home leaving major damage to the roof, siding and drain gutters. Within hours, contractors poured into the neighborhood asking for repair work. I was totally unprepared to analyze and choose from all the contractors. I met Joe from Grip Top Restoration while he was repairing a neighbor's home. He took time to answer all my questions. His answers seemed accurate and honest. On that basis, I gave the contract to repair my home to Joe. Throughout the job, his answers to all my questions remained accurate and honest. He stayed on top of the progress and kept us well informed. His crews were professional and thorough. The work was done on time, on budget and with quality products and professional repair crews. Joe did exactly what he said he was going to do.

He was a nice young fellow. He was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of options. He let me choose the upgrade options I wanted and did not push others. They did what they said they were going to do. They were very professional. I am satisfied.
