I’m expected someone from Mad City to stop by after the project was finished to review the installers work and ask us about the project. That didn’t happen. Communication in general was pretty light after we committed to project.

They were fantastic! John showed up at about 8:30 and never quit working. He would come and ask our opinion on things and get right back to work.. he completed the job by 4:30 the same day and if we hadn’t been here we would never have known he was here, he cleaned everything up. He was so nice to work with we would recommend them and him to everyone we know. We absolutely love our new shower. Thank you!

It is hard to say I would recommend your windows to a friend at this point, being the windows were just installed. The cost of the windows makes it hard for me to recommend to my friends as they thought we paid a lot for the windows.
