Everyone who worked on our project did a great job. We are happy with the results. However, our little project took more than 6 months. We were estimated as a seven work-days project but it wasn't up front pointed out that those days could be very far apart with occasionally little contact. It felt like FRED was short on project managers (who might be overloaded) and
skilled people, and long on bigger projects, so, again it wasn't the fault of the people who worked on our project. Upper management needed to "under-promise and over-deliver" by making sure we knew that the project would take longer than normal because of (fill in the reasons).
This is our 6th FRED/CASE project and we will use them again
The Fred to was thorough and organized. We could not be any happier with the professionalism of the guys that performed all the work!

Staff are extraordinarily careful to safeguard home from damage which can be inflicted by equipment, materials, and trash. They are trustworthy to the core, attentive to client's concerns /anxieties, and carefully compliant with condominium rules and regulations.
I would suggest more but its quite expensive and I am not sure my friends would be able to afford it.
