The quality of materials and workmanship was excellent. The amount of time taken to complete the project was excessive — more than two months later than the estimated completion date in the contract, during which delay I was deprived of the use of my shower for several weeks, owing to its having been demolished to obtain accurate measurements. While the final product was nicely done, with attractive materials, I would be remiss if I were to recommend your company without being forthright concerning these caveats.

Communication...once contract was signed, had questions for field manager Monday...he responded that night that he'd have answer for me shortly. There was pressure as phase 2 was taking Wednesday. I texted and emailed sales manager - no response. I called grapevine office, was put in voicemail. I think i only got answers Tuesday afternoon because i was calling everyone. Just very frustrating experience.

Just make sure that the contract is read correctly so there's no delay in finishing the shower due to lag time waiting for things to arrive. Please be as communicative as possible about the final look of the shower so there's no surprises.

The shower is really beautiful and everything was completed as planned. I just have a complaint about the cost but maybe that couldn't be helped because of the increase in everything after COVID.

The contractor who did the install was not very friendly and a bit scary. I mentioned that I thought I was getting built in shelving and he said he is just following the work order. So i didn't ask any further questions

My only concern was price. I had a feeling that we overpaid, and that I should have gotten estimates from one or two other contractors. But after hearing remodeling horror stories from friends and then having such a good experience with Statewide, the price wasn't such a concern.

1. The doors were very, very expensive and beyond most middle income families. 2. My storm door had to be removed and I was not warned of that. 3. I had to ask for more weather proofing in the doors than was put in there, and I was promised full weather proofing.

This was my second project with Statewide Remodeling. The two workers removed and replaced a double window. It fits perfectly and the matches the same paint color of the front bedroom window. Since Statewide Remodeling expertly did my first project, which looks great, I was confident that the workmanship would also be done professionally. I will definitely continue with Statewide Remodeling for any future projects.

Hi quality work.

I was happy with the whole experience. They did it in only 6 hours, but they initially thought it was going to take a day and a half. The men were very nice, they cleaned up very well, they were nice to each other, and the sounded like they were having a great time. It was just a good experience!
