This has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything that was promised happened and the installation was done in the one day promised an experienced and accommodating team. We are thrilled with our new shower and RiteWindow for making it happen.

You need better communication with your installers for situations like ours where they are not just taking out a regular bathtub and shower and slipping the WIB in in the same place .

I have only the utmost appreciation for the tub that was recommended for us.

The installers did a great job and completed the job in less than a full day. My only reason for not providing a 10 score was the price. I think that $15m for a same day project was way over what what I had paid for a complete tile job in my last home 2 years ago.
