Great simple process from conception to completion

Design process, install, communication about scheduling all went very well. We considered a do it yourself solution (at significantly less cost) and feel we got a good value without the stress of doing the measurements and install ourselves.

The Sales person was very nice. Did not try to upsale anything. Told them what I wanted and they went to work making it up.

The customer service was superb! Everyone was so professional and easy to work with.

We are unhappy with the outcome of the cabinet we ordered, which does not fit in the space. We ordered from Closet America a cabinet that would fit into an unusual-sized area. The cabinet is two inches short and does not fit in the space, leaving a gap. We gave our sales rep the correct information for our granite installer, who helped us with the measurement after installing the granite in the bathroom. This is unacceptable for the amount of money we put into this cabinet, for it not to fit.

My only complaint with the closet layout was that the installer was given the wrong screws for the installation and now they are going to have to come back to make the correction.

Such a game-changer! Closet America Virginia turned my tiny, chaotic reach-in closet into a sleek, super-functional space that somehow holds three times more. From start to finish, the experience was seamless—Ms Gonzalez, the design expert, was incredibly professional, patient with my vague ideas, and full of practical solutions that I never could have imagined. The installer was just as impressive, building a beautiful closet quickly (and with good humor, despite my overly friendly dogs). Mornings are now a breeze, and I genuinely wish I’d done this years ago. Can’t wait to tackle the next one!

While I was very satisfied with the installation of my bedroom closet from Closet America and the final result, I was very dissatisfied with the lack of communication from my Design Consultant after our first meeting. She was very difficult to get in touch with and failed to answer my questions in a timely manner. Because of her lack of communication, I had to delay my closet renovation by more than a month. However, once I bypassed my Design Consultant and went straight to Closet America's customer service line with concerns about delays in my project, I had a much better experience. I want to give a shout-out to Luci Byrd in Customer Service because she was SO nice and helpful, and she made things happen every time I called! Luci was on top of it, and she always followed up with me immediately with an update on my project! If it wasn't for Luci, I truly don't know if my closet renovation would have ever been completed - thank you Luci! :)

There a was oversight in the installation of the reach in pantry. It has been a struggle to get it fixed. There is also a gap at the bottom of the reach in pantry that was not previously mentioned during the design phase.
