This is a great system and looks very nice. I gave it a 9 because some friends would only be interested in spending more money on a custom built in (so they could say it was a Built in) then going with this system.

Missed appointments and no follow up from our sales person once we have problems the 2nd time

Technician kept us updated on the appointment and time of arrival; went over the plans for the closet; put sown blanket pads to protect our floors; performed the job to perfection; cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Love the design.

My interaction with Closet America and the level of professionalism was appreciated. They were easy to work with and while I am still getting use to my new closet layout, so far I am very happy with the configuration suggested by the sales rep. I wish I had it done years ago! I am in love with my new closet!! It is gorgeous and everything I dreamed it would be. Installation was smooth and one day!! I am amazed and very happy. A couple of adjustments to meet the plan we came up with but the company is handling it quickly and easily. I highly recommend this company.
