All of my windows are Champions windows now
They did a very good job. We love the work that Champion did.
I would not ever recommend a Champion product given the disservice that I encountered during the installation of my windows.
The work got done and the quality was as promised; however, I wasn't satisfied with the one month delay or the lack of responses to my calls.
This project was stress free and they were very professional.
The first crew left the job half complete and the second crew after 6 weeks delay did a good job mopping up deficiencies. Not all there sublet crews are good. Overall, the second crew was excellent but needed a lot of patience and calls to the office
Champion Windows has exceptional value with great windows. They are better than Anderson Windows.
They need to improve, have more people who are good at their work, and I have been working with them for 4 months with an unfinished job.
I am considering calling Champion Windows again to have additional windows done.
Based on my dealing with them, I am forced to conclude that Champion Windows if not a legitimate company. I was treated in a manner that was deceptive, bordering on fraudulent. The windows I ordered were never installed, customer service was evasive, and when I finally (after several weeks and more than a dozen phone calls) reached someone who could help me, he admitted that Champion could not fulfill the contract and canceled it. This is not the behavior of a genuine business, I feel like I was scammed.
Based on the trouble I experienced, I will never recommend Champion Windows of Boston. I was aggravated with unreturned calls.
They did excellent work.
The crewman realized the first door was incorrectly made, and it was he who reordered it. Everything happened in a timely way. I thought I had a problem, but it was actually me. They explained it to me, and it is something I can deal with all the time. The man who explained it to me was wonderful. I thought that was great.
Due to their lack of communication, scheduling, and leaving the job site with trash, I would not.
The representative who introduced me to Champion Windows was attentive to my specific project needs and took time to explain the product and project in detail. I never felt pressured during the consultation. The 3 men who completed the instillation were *AMAZING*. They were polite and respectful of my home and property. They kept us informed about the project. They did amazing work. This was the best home project I have ever had in the 15 years of home ownership.
The installers took their time and did a professional job. The job site was clean and all of the old material was taken away. I was very pleased.
Knowledgeable, competitive pricing. The installation happened a whole month prior to the original scheduled date. Very satisfied.
They were extremely professional, timely, and very efficient with the work. They cleaned everything up when they were done.
The installation guys did a good job, and in the end we are happy with the siding and gutters, but the entire experience was a trial of managerial incompetence. Our job didn't get started until almost two months after the initial date we were given. The color we chose was a special order color, which we were told would take 2-3 weeks to get from the factory. 3 weeks after we had been told the job would start, we had gotten no calls about any delays with the job, so I attempted to follow up. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. I finally had to call the national office before I got a call back from Champion Boston. When I finally did get a call, over 6 weeks after our order had been placed and our deposit taken, I was told that special orders take 5-6 weeks, not 2-3. When I noted that it should be in any day, then, since we had placed the order over 6 weeks ago, I was told that the order had not actually been put in until 3 weeks after we placed it. Needless to say I was seriously pissed off about this, and asked to speak to whoever runs the office. I was assured I would get a call from him immediately. I never did. After a couple days, I started calling and leaving messages, which were never returned. After 2 weeks with no communication, I drove 45 minutes to the Champion Boston office on a Friday. I finally got to speak to the person running the show by phone later that afternoon, who told me he was putting together a crew, and they could be starting as early as the following Monday. It wound up being almost two weeks before the crew finally started, again with no communication. Once the crew finally showed up, they worked their tails off, and did a great job. There were still problems that were not their fault, though, specifically that there were 4 days during the approximately 2 weeks it took to do the job that the crew just didn't show up, with no communication from anyone about what was going on. It was very frustrating to be in the middle of winter with our house half-sided on a perfectly sunny day with no work crew at the house.Overall, though we are happy with the end result, because of the extreme lack of communication and poor management of the product, I could never under any circumstances recommend Champion Boston.
They were awesome. It was flawless from the beginning.
They were beyond professional, and probably the best contractor I've ever dealt with.
This is the second time my wife and I have purchased a champion product and installation. The reason we called for windows as we had a four season room added and we use it daily.We are completely satisfied with the quality of material and workmanship. Keep up the good work.
Charles Ryan was very cooperative with my financial needs and any of my concerns. Champion Windows' financing options were very helpful. They had a great interest rate, and they gave me a great price for the work done.

Although the space looks beautiful ( we added a four season with gable roof and deck) the experience and number of issues encountered during the process was in our opinion not worth the end result or money spent.- Timeline of work was 3x as long as communicated by installers- Space was left with debris on floor , dirty walls and windows for us to clean- Room is currently leaking when it rains ( working with company to resolve)- Required a lot of follow up on our part to ensure things occurred that were corrected

Areas Of Satisfaction - It was really the insulated quality of these replacement window that sold us. To know that this winter I'll be buying lessheating oil and staying warmer makes this purchase something we probably should have done years ago.

Not only did the installers cause damage to my newly painted wall, they installed the wrong windows and now refuse to correct the problem. Do not deal with the ‘District Manager’ John Snavely. He is a liar. He offered to correct half of his mistake “as a courtesy” but lied about the rest. These people are incompetent, and cause more damage than they do good.

From start to finish everyone was terrific. The installation crew was so efficient. We could not believehow hard they worked in 90 degree temperatures! Neighbors were in awe of them!Your workers are a great advertisement for your company. Hope you really appreciate them!

This was 2 replacement windows due to a fallen tree.The initial windows were Champion. Mr. Snavely explainedto me the benefits and disadvantages of replacement and repair of existing windows and after, what I felt, was athoughtful discussion, I chose replacement.

Once they arrived on site, the installation went quickly and with only minor issues. At one time, the installer had to return to a previous customer to finish some work, which set me back by a day.

My rating numbers speak for themselves. I was given a date to have my windows put in but on the day before scheduled date received a call informing me that a construction job had to come first. Second date they called to tell me the rainy day and hot weather would warrant still another date to install. My vacation was in jeopardy of another delay. I realize I am not as important as a construction job and even I can't control the weather but I did pay cash for my windows, as I committed to on the completion date, and expected Champion to meet their commitment to me.
