Have done so recently on NextDoor here in our subdivision.

Much higher priced than other companies

I've been using them for 15 years, and I always get what I expect.

The technicians from Cates all are very professional and inspire confidence.

Cates was responsive when we called. They weren't the cheapest or the most expensive, so I was comfortable with their pricing. They explained the reasoning for the equipment they were recommending and it made sense. The only problem was them being booked out for 2 months, so we did not have AC until June and we had signed the contract in April. That was a bit of a problem.

I have had good experience with Cates and find them to treat me fairly.

Talked about timing and replacement good info. Efficient installers, furnace works great!

Able to communicate with salesman to the crew that installed our tankless water heater

Timely good job

Have been pleased when we used Cates to install our new furnace and for the service contract. Lately have been trying to get someone to call me back about having to move the furnace to have some foundation work done. Have been unsuccessful so far. The website is no help either.

Cates service personal have always been friendly and professional. They seem to be knowledgeable about the job they are doing.

They’ve been very honest and straightforward with repairs and advice on how to survive another season before having to replace anything. In 2021/2022 we finally had to get a new HVAC. They educated us on our options and gave us a fair price. Installation was prompt and professional. We will always recommend CATES to anyone looking for service or sales.

In addition to a good estimate, the person who came out to the house answered all of my questions and listened to my concerns about the final installation.

The employees at Cates did their best to extend the life of our condenser but after spending a day trying to increase its pressurization, they found a new unit and installed it in a day.
