They are not complete it has been 3 almost 4 months of damage and they still are not complete
Alpine Cleaning & Restoration very good. They came, did a great job, cleaned up after themselves, and were courteous!
They came in a timely fashion and did the work. It seemed to be complete. But on the billing, they included things they didn't do. I had to send it to the insurance company. I was displeased with how they documented what they did.

We had a garage fire and needed some help with the clean-up. We filed a claim and called Alpine. Sara, the project manager, immediately responded to our call. She was very helpful in answering our questions, describing a time-line for when and how things would happen, and following through with her promises. We felt like she was the driving force behind all the work that was done. We have been very pleased with the outcome of the clean-up and restoration. Our personal belonging that were exposed to the smoke were immediately boxed up and taken to Alpine's washing facilities and returned the next day. The laundered items were washed and very neatly folded. The garage floor and walls were cleaned and the walls were primed and sealed with a coat of paint. We are very pleased with the outcome of the provided services. We would highly recommend Alpine to anyone needing property restoration services.
They do what they say they will do, and they do it well. They are also on time.
They arrived on time, but after setting the fans to dry, they left hoses out that were flooding the floor again, so it did not do much good.
