They did a fabulous job with the installation. They did a fabulous cleanup, and the windows are beautiful and do what they promised, and we could not be happier.

They were very nice, kept me in the loop with everything they were doing, and worked very clean. It was a good experience!

Liked the company bought items from them in the pass. That's why i went with them. I feel they were expensive. There installer was very good. Office personnel at the main office was very kind, polite, and helpful. After signing the contract there were a couple places that beat there price by a couple of thousand.

I have no complaints regarding the physical work done, the labor side of things was very well done even making recommendations for things I hadn’t thought of. Unfortunately I would not recommend them for the business side of things. There was no communication by the company to me as the client that their installer who overseas a team is not the project manager. How does this matter one may ask… when you sign a contract that stipulates 50% due to order materials; 25% upon delivery and the last payment at completion. 1st payment completed online materials get ordered, 2nd payment completed within 19 minutes of the text requesting payment authorization (same manner as in the first payment). The contractor and his team then show up to my home to do work…. Please explain how 3 hrs later I have an unknown entity to me now asking me for 25%. This person identifying themselves as a project manager shows up to my home asking me for what amounts to thousands of dollars which I already paid. I don’t know who you are, you are a stranger in my home now asking for a lot of money I already paid. I show proof to which I am not believed and then asked this stranger to me to exit my home I started feeling unsafe in my own home. He then refused to exit my home so I left until he exited. Please understand despite the labor side of things working well, they are all still strangers to me. And here I am now in a comprised situation with my home having major work done and I’m being shaken down for thousands more by some random person I was never told to expect as part of this project. This lack of communication led me to feeling very unsafe within my own home and that is something I can’t get back.
