Dan O'Brien respected my time by not teaching me everything I need to know about windows. I told him what I needed and he provided me with options. I appreciate that he set the expectation regarding the supply chain delays and was transparent about the process, from start to finish. The installers were on-time, professional and provided quality service. From the salesman to the installers I had top notch service and the final product was second to none.
The workers were rude & seemed inept. I had to call a higher up, not the one who sold to me to intervene. The workers gave our super a hard time- rude & wasn’t following our condo rules which I had told their boss. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t get along with our super. Rude to security guard as well.

The worker came out to my home to install my windows and what was supposed to be a one-day job turned into two and a half-days. There was glue left on the window from the sticker, so I called to give my concern. A manager, Steve Marinello, came out and said that he would come back to take care of it, but he never came back.
1) Stain and finish wood doors or stop selling them. 2) Finish the job 3) Stop being cheap and pushy
