Very professional
Based on the entire experience
The original installation was done well, but handling problems afterwards not so much.
They were very professional and the work was great quality.
I have already told 2 neighbors of the good experience with Windowrama
We spoke with Pete, who came to measure and discuss the window replacement. Pete was very thorough, professional, and friendly.

Very professional work a little pricey
Would not hesitate to recommend windowrama very pleased from start to finish. Always good at remaking in contact. No issues at all
Everyone from the field service consultant Steve Epstein to the field manager Gary Calvert were a pleasure to work with answered all my questions, and they along with their workers, were professional, finished their work as promised and did an excellent job. Would definitely use again for future projects.
Windowrama was professional from start to finish. There was no pressure to purchase and they were not the most expensive we looked at. They had the Anderson window we needed and installed it on the day they said they would.Would definitely recommend them.
We will tell all our friends and neighbors we were satisfied with the installation and quality of our new windows
Everyone was on time knowledgeable and professional at all times.
They were very good. The service was very good. And the people were very knowledgeable. The installers were very good.
They did a great job. They came back quickly to fix an issue. They left the house cleaner than it was when they got there.
Every time I point out a scratch or scuff mark or heard it's not my problem and that's how it came in the factory. I tried to reach out to my project manager and I had reached out to the store and nobody will solve my problem. I need black paint for the front window I already got the paint for the side door, and the storm door needs to be replaced it has scratches all over it. I paid everything in full and now I'm feeling I'm getting the runaround and everybody just passing the buck to the next guy . I'm tired and I will go to Fox 5 or 7 on my side to report you guys if I don't get this resolved soon!!!! Plus one of the guys who did my front door I came across a problem and told me it would cost me extra for him to fix it!!!! I feel if my husband was alive this problem would have been solved a long time ago. Yours Truly karen Perry
My husband and I were extremely pleased with the professionalism and service we received.
Having our entrance door replacement was an experience. I told them my concerns and Steve listensed, recommended some ideas and in the end they were all met.
The staff did an excellent job, and they were prompt, courteous, and professional.
Our experience with Window-Rama was far superior to Lowes, Home Depot and Anderson Replacement Windows. IMHO their
greatest selling point is the number & variety of window manufacturers they work with and that they employ there own installers.
Awesome job, guys.
I would recommend
My answer to this question may change upon the resolution of our problem, but for now -- no because our brand new windows were dirty upon installation. They have some kind of sticky/goo substance all over them. Windowrama tried to clean them, but was unable to do so. The manufacturer is supposed to come on 4/19 to clean them. I would be happy to fill out this survey again if the problem is resolved.
#1- I had broken glass in my yard from my garage windows being replaced. There definitely could have been a better way to prevent that so I my 2 kids could play worry free.
#2- had 6 basement windows replaced and all of them were poorly made. The corner welds were thick so they were hard to open and close due to rubbing on the track. They wouldn’t close straight because of the rubbing. The workers shaved them down but while taking out the panes , the frames are chewed and marked up. And the shavings weren’t cleaned up
#3- the workers used my shop vac in my basement without my permission and also took the nozzle piece for the hose. Communication with the project manager wasn’t great and took a week for him to place the nozzle. Now I’m worried if they touched any other personal belongings. Did not get one apology from them.
Excellent what I expected
Frank Giordano was professional, reliable, thorough. He allowed my husband to take pictures to show me every step since I was at work. Frank replaced the window from the horrendous job from our kitchen remodeling by Supreme kitchen. We love our 3 tier casement Anderson window!
