We did have a little problem, and the project manager, Carl, is coming out tomorrow to do a little bit of caulking around one of the windows. The hardware that was ordered for some other windows was the improper ones, and the screen that was ordered was the wrong size, and that has to be re-ordered. The installation of the windows was perfect; it's just these other little things that happened. Otherwise, I know things happen, but I would recommend WindowRama.
All three people that showed up were great. They were very personable. I could not ask for better service.
